So when I heard LeBron James invested in this franchise I was excited to try it out! I love this style of pizza; thin crust, pick as much or less toppings and watch it cook! The menu consisted of BYO- build your own or signature and still have the option to customize it. I went for the Link In Signature pizza (Italian sausage, red peppers, onions, and mozzarella) The sausage was very good, good quality. The sauce wasn't too tangy and with just the right amount of sauce to cover the crust. The crust had a great texture not soggy or crispy but in between. Pizza is cooked in a 900 degree oven. I also tried their side salad with a lemon vinaigrette dressing and that was very good. Let's face it - this is pizza...and only pizza. So the reality is that the rating here is really for the experience. It is a blast making your own pizza from the really wide selection of toppings that they have in hand. No other time could I go out with the family for pizza and actually get both Gorgonzola cheese and pineapple (a great combination) because the pizza was mine alone. Certainly the pizzas are large enough to share, but why - when you can make one your way and indulge! Kids will have a great time choosing their own toppings and sharing their creations. The crusts are excellent, but they are more on the thin and crunchy side. If you walk in and see a long line - don't let it intimidate you. The pizzas cook in 3 minutes. After ordering online for delivery and paying online, including a 15% tip, we were notified one hour later they were sorry. This is what they said: Hi, We're getting in touch today because while your order was accepted, we aren't able to complete it because all Postmates were busy. They gave us a credit for a future order but I replied they can keep the credit. This gal is one and done. I am assuming this is a third party delivery service, but perhaps they need to have a back-up plan. I wander what happened to the food that was ordered and if they were waiting to start the order until they had a driver and after an hour it was canceled? There has to be a better way. We enjoy the gluten free, keto, and cauliflower dough options that allow us to satisfy all our dietary restrictions or requests. The pesto bread sticks are starting to become a must have addition when we get pizza. The ability for everyone to try different items is a big hit. We also enjoy the Pick 2 option to get a half pizza and a side salad. We have not had a bad experience when we have gone in and the staff is friendly with a focus on taking care of the customer. Sometimes they can be busy which may delay your order timeline and the app interface does have ordering issues. These are acceptable issues in my opinion. The restraint itself is clean and well kept.
