I absolutely love the pizza here! The "build your own" option is fantastic, with fresh, high-quality ingredients that let you create the perfect pie. The portions are generous--big enough to share, which is always a bonus. The staff is super friendly and makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this spot for great food and excellent service! Located in the New Town shopping district so you can have a nice stroll after you are done eating. pssst... go to Sweet Frog down the way for your sugary treat :)

I forgot how good Blaze Pizza is! This is the closest one to me in Williamsburg and I will definitely be back. You can pick from the menu or pick all your own toppings. The service is very quick and it's so good

    Very burnt

I love blaze and all the topping choices, once they even had brussels sprouts which was very exciting. The pesto sauce isn't very flavorful though. I love a well done pizza, but sadly today was way too burnt on the bottom. (I did not ask for it well done). It was still good. But the burnt flavor kinda took over. I DO love choosing my own unlimited toppings...

Decided to try this after getting hungry from walking around the shopping center. I was expecting this to be similar to Mod Pizza. However it was even better!! My family and I shared one as a snack but we loved it so much we came back the next day to enjoy more pizzas! Loved it!! So tasty. I didn't get full. So if I wanted this for dinner I would definitely need to add something to it like their bread. I will try their cheesy bread next time! Also- ranch was pretty good!!

Very good pizza. We ordered online so we didn't deal with servers but when I went to pick up the pizzas, the guy I asked questions was very polite and helpful. If we were to eat there it's a very casual, family sit down kind of place. My wife and I each had a personal (11") pizza, which was the perfect size. Flavors were spot on. I had the spicy hot chicken pickle pizza with a cauliflower crust. And yes, pickles on pizza doesn't sound great (and I normally don't eat them) but it worked here. My wife had the spicy pepperoni. We both finished our pizzas and were perfectly satisfied.

Blaze is my go-to, all-time favorite pizza place! Their pizza is fresh off the brick oven. There are premade, signature pizzas but you can also make your own. My go-to is the green stripe and I just add onions or extra chicken. It's the perfect personal size but if you're not tooo hungry you can def share with someone as well! I forgot to take a picture of my s'mores cookie (2 Graham cracker cookies almost like a shortbread texture, chocolate and a flat marshmallow) but I ALWAYS get one every time I come here. They offer to heat it up in the fire brick oven so it's more melty when you eat it :) When you enter, it's kind of like chipotle where you order as you make your pizza and then pay after. They give you a number and bring your pizza to wherever you're sitting. You can also order to-go too! They're pretty quick, the most I've had to wait is probably 5 minutes! The place is pretty clean as well. Definitely a great hang out spot or a place to grab to-go. Their flavor is never lacking, their food is always fresh and it's just so yummy. They also sell limited beers and wine and have in house multi-flavored lemonade! I love this place and highly recommend to any and all pizza lovers.

Overall love blaze pizza! Food is always a great quality and usually Service is top notch. Unfortunately with this location "Daniel" must be a shift supervisor or something, horrible customer service! Snarky comments during checkout and made a huge deal that we asked for a box.

I've been eating this place awhile now. I recommend Blaze Pizza to anyone who wants to good pizza. The service was a little crazy due to being a Friday night but they still got the job done. I've gotten people hooked on this place and they enjoy the pizza. The pizza is a good price for what you are getting.

This was my first experience with Blaze Pizza and was pretty good! I was excited to see that there was an abundance of toppings available and that they make their pizzas fresh (we put in an order for a later pick up and it was ready at the time that we intended it to be without getting cold on a shelf). I would rate this pizza pretty highly for the fresh ingredients, service, and the ambiance (casual with plenty of seating for a quick take out or a sit down meal).

How much is it for the BYO pizza? I might be taking a group of teenagers, and I'm just wondering if it's going to be more cost effective to go to a regular pizza place where we share a couple larger pizzas. Thanks!

Each pizza is sufficient for an average person to consume. That way, each person can get the pie they want. The average price for a pie is $7-8. It is a great value!

This location, like all of the other others I have visited, clean, welcoming, and the food was delicious. I am originally from California so my go to burger is in and out. Freddy's is the only comparable restaurant/burger place. I have found here on the East Coast, the staff behind the counter was super helpful as it has been a while since I have been to a Freddy's, the inside of the restaurant was very clean and our food was cooked fresh and came out rather quickly, I would definitely recommend this if you like a good burger and custard.

Low and behold there is a Freddy's in Williamsburg, so we decided to take a little "part-of-the-day trip" to chrck it out. Upon entry, everyone working there greeted us and were super friendly. It was pretty busy in there, and i found the tables and chairs to be super close together and i felt a little claustrophobic. Maybe it was the abundance of the color red. The lady who took our order at the counter was very patient while we figured out the menu, which is mostly smash burgers in a variety of iterations, along with a variety of sides. I ordered a "single cheeseburger " with a side of shoestring fries. The cheeseburger is actually a smashburger that is practically a paper-thin "burger". It was very bland, to be honest. Their burgers, unless otherwise specified, come with pickles, mustard, and onions. The shoestring fries were awesome. Simple, not greasy. My husband got 2 Steakburger Tacos, which he said were "just okay". He also got a side of tots, which he found to be overly greasy. We couldn't leave without trying some of Freddy's Frozen custard. I had a small cone of vanilla, which if blind-taste-tested against McDonald's soft serve, i wouldn't have been able to tell the difference. Which is fine. We also got a chocolate malt shake, which was super good. Was it worth the drive? Meeeeehhh. The best things were the shoestring fries and the milkshake. Oh, they also serve Pepsi products. This is the first time that I have ever seen Pepsi Zero in a soda machine at a fast food restaurant. That was pretty cool. It's the little things. Would we go again? Unless there was a much closer location in RVA, probably not.

The service was good with the young lady very pleasant and helpful as we placed our orders: Hot Dog tray with fries and a taco and a two chicken quesadilla tray with fries and fried cheese bits. The food was hot: the hot dog was fresh and tasty on a fresh bun, the taco was just okay; the chicken quesadilla was good as well; we enjoyed the fried cheese bites (we wished there were more!); and the fries were hot and good. We did wash our food down with a sweet tea (that was SO good) and a pink lemonade (also good). All in all, a great place to grab a quick bite, especially late in the evening when other food places have closed.

For the most part, it's street parking where we found a very good spot and restaurants and stores galore. Let's see how this spot turned out for us. Inside, the decor is very nice. They have a few tables inside and plenty in the outside patio. It's basically a spot that's takeout but if want to dine-in, that's totally fine. And they serve Kung Fu Tea, one of our favorite guilty pleasures that unfortunately closed near us months ago. After a few minutes, we ordered at the counter. Along with a large Strawberry Milk slush, I selected a 5 piece tender combo with a side of crinkle fries. First off, the slush was pretty good. At 50% sugar with boba pearls, it hit the sweet spot very well. It felt like old times when we used to order KFT often. But, the chicken combo itself was underwhelmimg. The food came out hot and ready, but the tenders were tough to break apart either by biting into it or with your hands if you dipped in any of their sauces. Sophia ordered a chicken sandwich and wasn't impressed, saying eating a Chick-Fil-A sandwich is better. That says a lot. I did take some home to eat for leftovers, but like earlier, could've been better. Not to put any bad press on the business, but it was disappointing. Again, it's basically a takeout spot and one for KFT admirers like us. We will come back only for that reason the next time we're around.
