The staff was super welcoming, walked us through how everything worked and offered us free samples of anything off the menu. The food came in about 10 minutes and then they constantly checked on us even though it's a fast food place. The atmosphere that those workers that day was so welcoming. The restaurant is very comfy and cozy vibes too. I loved it so much I hyped it up to my husband and we went this past Friday night. The workers gave us a funny look, were not welcoming and basically acted like we were inconveniencing them because they were having a conversation with one another. The cashier was definitely a high school teenager. She did not help or ask if there were questions, sighed extra loud when I asked for a sample of something. The manager also just kinda stood there. They got the orders backwards but the food was still great but the attitudes of the staff that night really threw me off because my first experience was amazing and I told my husband all about it and then we went and that's what our customer service experience was. Both of us had to order from the booth before getting seated where they'll deliver your food via a number. My selection was 4 chicken tenders and fries topped with rosemary pepper seasoning.
