This is my first time at a noodles & co and it wasn't too bad. I tried the Pad Thai noodles and it was a bit sweet and over sauced. But I guess it could be worse if underseasoned. The service was fine and I would rate it a 3.5 to 4.

We wanted something in a hurry, but not a burger. My Bride suggested Noodles and I was glad to comply! The whole wheat Fresca is amazing with the Parmesan crusted chicken. I made mine a meal, so it came with a small tossed salad and a drink. I mixed 1/2 sweet tea and 1/2 Yankee tea. My better half got zoodles- zucchini cut into noodly shape- as a dish of Zucchini Pesto with Grilled Chicken and a glass of water. Everything was delicious- fresh and well seasoned, not salty like so many places. We both got "regular" (large) portions, and supper came to about $24. I'm going to have to come back more often than I have been. They used to email me coupons, but nowadays they want you to download the app to get deals, and I'm not about to.

Zucchini Roasted Garlic Cream $9. No added protein. Tasted good.

Ordered the Zoodles/zucchini in garlic cream sauce $9, no added protein. I felt like having a low carb lunch so I tried the zucchini bowl and it was quite tasty. But there was hardly any spinach and mushrooms at all.

I haven't been here in years. I stopped going because their lack of flavorful food. It's unfortunately still the same. I went during this Covid time to get lunch since I'm apparently an essential employee. Of course, it was empty and the employees looked so bored. They were very nice and the food was quick. It's just always so bland, but they're not to blame for that. Tip - Sign up for their app and you get a free entree!

Beef Stroganoff and Thai chicken soup side

So this review is coming from someone who's never been to a Noodles & Co before, let alone even know what this place was. So for those who don't know, they specialize in (you guessed it!) noodles, Italian, Asian, and American. The menu isn't large but they offer add-ons to their dishes with meats and sides to create a full meal. For food, I ordered the Steak Stroganoff and the Thai chicken soup side. I know it's weird to combine these two ethnic cuisines but individually, not too bad. The stroganoff was just ok, could have had more meat and sauce but the noodles were pretty good. I actually liked the Thai soup! It tasted like a watered down green curry (in a good way). Also my friend ordered the Wisconsin mac and cheese which was actually very delicious! If I ever find myself at another Noodles & Co, I'll be sure to order that. Now why two stars? First, the food itself with the price (~$12 for my meal) would be about 3.5 stars if I'm feeling generous but the cleanliness of the place was a bit off in my opinion. I found a small bug crawling around in my napkin as I grabbed some from the counter. The forks and utensils were also not the cleanest with small stains and food particles still attached. I mean this is pretty much a fast food place but I guess I expected more coming in.

I must say I thoroughly enjoyed this location. The staff was more then helpful and friendly. The food was moderately priced and still good at the same time. Plenty of parking and the location, including the bathrooms were clean. Best part, they provided a first responder discount. If I come back to Williamsburg in the near future I will definitely come here again.

FORK AND KNIVES It's not bad for a quick meal before getting on the motorcycles. Welcoming and chilled environment. Food was not bad. Could do better at clearing tables though

Ordered my pad Thai with chicken, but didn't have any in it when I got home.

The food was decent. If you've ever had this chain before it was consistent with others. The only reason I'll give them a low rating is because I ordered chicken pad Thai Togo. I got home and didn't have chicken in my pad Thai. I just don't like spending $3 extra for something I never got. Other than that, it was good overall. Our pot stickers were good. Garlic bread was good. And the Mac and cheese wasn't bad.

The greasy chicken I got after I had to ask for it, and my dry Mac'nCheese

Normally I am a huge Noodles Fan! This one was far off the mark. The young lady at the counter was nice at least. Both my Mac n cheese and my husband's Alfredo montamore were barely sauced. When ordering, I heard the manager 86 the parmesean chicken. Sadly, my mac n cheese arrived without my parm chicken, I then had to wait in line with 3 other complaintants to request my chicken I had paid for. My chicken arrived extremely greasy and about 1/2 the size I usually recieve. Once diving into my noodles, I found at least 3 different noodle styles in my bowl. The food was ok, but really, WHO WANTS TO EAT DRY MAC N CHEESE??? What a disservice to Wisconsin, and as a native Cheesehead, I'm disappointed. UPDATE: I let the manager know my frustrations. At first she was slightly argumentative, citing she had personally put 2 scoops of sauce on ny noodles. She then looked at my pasta and said it did in fact look quite dry. She said the company seems to have changed the cheese sauce, (ok... it was still the same last week??? I know, I ate at one!) She did bring me more sauce, 2 bowl vouchers (!!!!!) AND a rice krispy treat. Appreciate the effort, hence the 2 stars.

When a restaurant is called NOODLES & co i feel like the pasta should be really really good. But when you're so excited and end up eating some overprice gum balls you begin contemplate what your life is really worth. Not only did my poor mouth have to process the tasteless flavor of Wrigley's pasta but it then had to digest the rubber chicken. And I'm talking about the rubber chicken you use during phys ed class when you play a remix of capture the flag. Noodles and co definitely likes to try to spice it up, my chewy moist cardboard bits were shellacked with old dried tomato paste coated with tasteless spice really invigorating my tastebuds. Overall, i really enjoyed my rice Krispy treat, which gets one star. OH AND THEY PUT FETA ON MY PASTA. WHO PUTS FETA ON CARDBOARD?! :(

Clean and quick but the service is to be less desired. As a long time noodles and company fan I had hope for it be up to the standard of other locations. The food was great!!!

The waitstaff, hostess, and management all seemed genuinely invested in providing great service and were consistently pleasant throughout our visit. What really left an impression was a small act of kindness from the woman in charge. It was 98 degrees outside, and after leaving the restaurant, I found myself running back in for another sip of water after realizing just how thirsty I was from the heat. Seeing this, she went out of her way to make sure I had a fresh ice water before I left. It was a simple gesture, but those are often the moments people remember most. As a side note, the water itself was surprisingly good quality. The pizza has a distinctive style, and it is one I thoroughly enjoyed. The crust is soft, airy, slightly chewy, and buttery, making it incredibly easy to keep eating. The tomato sauce provides a pleasant tang that complements the cheese nicely, but the basil is what truly stands out. Despite there being only a few thin slices scattered across the top, its flavor seemed to permeate the entire pizza and tie everything together. The combination of tangy sauce, fresh mozzarella, and aromatic basil felt balanced and intentional. At just $12 for an entire pizza, it was also an excellent value. For my entrée, I ordered the sirloin steak and shrimp and finished every bite. The vegetables and shrimp had a flavor profile that landed somewhere between steamed and grilled, which I found very enjoyable. The caramelized bits on the vegetables were especially delicious, particularly on the onions. I also loved the mushrooms, broccoli, and cauliflower and honestly wished there had been more of them. The carrots and squash were less impressive and seemed more steamed than grilled. The shrimp was easily my favorite part of the dish. It was fresh, large, succulent, and perfectly tender without being tough or chewy. If I had one suggestion, it would be a bit more sear and perhaps a touch more butter or seasoning to enhance the flavor even further. I also would have liked more than three shrimp, especially at the $30 price point. Six shrimp would have felt more proportional to the rest of the dish. While the steak portion was much more generous, I genuinely enjoyed the shrimp far more. The steak was good and certainly satisfying, but it did not quite reach the level I would expect from a dedicated steakhouse. After trying a bite of my brother's seafood risotto, which struck a perfect balance between creamy richness and fresh seafood flavor, I found myself wishing I had ordered one of the restaurant's seafood-focused dishes instead. The Salmone Aurora, featuring crabmeat and scallops for the same price, immediately caught my attention. Based on what I tasted, seafood appears to be where this restaurant truly excels, and that is likely the direction I will go on my next visit. Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience. The service was exceptional, the pizza was memorable, and the seafood left me eager to return and explore more of the menu. While the steak was solid, the seafood dishes seem to be where this restaurant truly shines. Between the attentive service, thoughtful hospitality, and delicious food options I would happily dine here again.

We ordered the never ending pasta bowl which included various pasta with different sauces (additional cost for chicken and other proteins). I got the spaghetti with meat sauce, followed by the rigatoni with a spicy red sauce. Others got the fettuccine with the Alfredo sauce (added chicken for an additional cost). The pastas were fresh and delicious. We love the grated cheese that is always offered to top your meal! The spicy red sauce was my favorite! And of course, the tossed salad and garlic breadsticks were as good as ever. I couldn't eat all of my second round of pasta and ended up bringing it home (it reheated well!) SO SO GOOD Words cannot describe how good. I am very picky about my steak, like I do not want ANY gristle or over cooked parts. But this steak? This was the closet I've ever gotten to heaven. Perfectly pink, not too bloody, but not overcooked. Not too soft, but not too tough. They must have had a Michelin star cook back there or a voodoo woman at the least, because I have never had a better steak in my life. First I'm blessed with amazing bread, then a funny server, and finally the most perfect steak known to man? I might move to Williamsburg just to live near this restaurant. It came with seasonal vegetables and lemon potatoes. What we got was tough grey lamb with a sauce that looked reminiscent of Salisbury steak. It didn't have much flavor and it was NOT tender. I cook lamb frequently and this was horrible. I could guarantee it was most likely microwaved and not braised in a rich sauce like it should be. We came after a long day exploring Williamsburg and we were so so hungry. The only real edible part was the vegetables. Also I wish they would give you more than 3 potato wedges.
