If you order ahead on the website, they are prompt and friendly for pickup. They do have a little restaurant area onsite where you can order and eat too, if that is more convenient. My family is a fan of wings but everyone likes a different flavor. We love to order from Blazer's; the wings are great quality and you can order many wings in small quantities with different sauces. (If you want multiple flavors in larger quantities, they do that too.) Don't like drum sticks or want all drum sticks? You can easily customize that. In terms of flavors, they have a bit of everything you could want. Our family favorites are mild Cajun, sweet chili and tangy bbq. The sauce varieties are awesome and on point. Spicy sauces are flavorful and not overwhelmingly hot, which it's important for the kids in the family. Ok I didn't get wings. I ordered the butterfly shrimp basket and it came with fries coleslaw and hush puppies. It was delicious. Ny husband got the fried tilapia sandwich and coleslaw. The wings are excellent! I ordered mine extra crispy and got 10 Mild Cajun and 10 mild. They were all great and I was there maybe 11 minutes! Food was Ohk just disappointing that it's not to the quality of others I've been to. Staff was rude. My order was missing ranch and a brownie. This is my favorite wing spot for the Winder area. I love mixing flavors and always get my wings extra crispy! No matter what time I go the food is always delicious! I also tried the Philly cheesesteak, fried mushrooms and the brownies...they were great as well! The customer service is always great when I go! My husband and 2 babies love eating there! As soon as I come the down the highway and go across the railroad track my 2 & 3 years old yell "yaaay chicken and French fries" I also love how they have a small play area for the children to enjoy themselves while dining in or waiting for a to go order! I frequent Blazers and it's my go to for wings when I want something quicker near the house. The wings are consistently good. They have smaller wings which I prefer because they crisp up better than the giant chicken wings that some places use. They also have pretty good banana pudding. I've had their philly cheese steak too which was good but I love the wings the most so that's my go to meal with the crinkle fries. They do get busy during peak times but I've never waited more than maybe 15 minutes to get my food even at peak busy times. read more

We enjoy the food, when we get what we order. And that's the problem here. We live in Statham and are semi regulars. When it's just us and a relatively small order it is usually great. However the last few times we've placed larger orders (not huge, just large when we have family in town) they forget all kinds of things. This past visit they forgot all of our drinks, a large Fry and the only order of corn Nuggets. We sent a driver that didn't place the order so they didn't know what all was ordered. But should it be necessary for us to make sure we have everything? Is it it our job to get it right? No. To top it off we called to ask for a refund on the items that are missing and the phone is off the hook, can't get through. Just not great customer service and a Serious lack of attention to detail. Food is good, but if you expect them to get your order right you might wanna go elsewhere. I tried Blazers 2 to 3 times but always got discouraged with how much the food cost for the portion size. Another issue I have with this restaurant is when I was greeted the cashier almost acted like I was more burden than a paying customer. I stopped by this place with a group of my friends looking for lunch around the town of Statham. I was pleasantly surprised on how the inside looked. I ordered our food and received our drinks and the counter. I got the fish with french fries and hush puppies, served with tartar sauce or blue cheese, your choice. The fish was surprisingly warm and tasted decent. Nothing to celebrate, just good overall fish. Fries were crinkle-cut and seasoned lightly. They were better than other restaurants I have visited. Hush puppies were a bit hard to bite into but were overall a decent side. Didn't get a desert due to the portion size of each meal we ordered. As much as it pains me to write this review it has to be done because they need to fire whoever was in the store on December 28 @ 11:00 AM. I work at a nearby restaurant and my employees and myself usually get outside food on the weekend just to have something different than our usual food. We have ordered from this location before and never had an issue (besides their overpriced food). I called a pickup order in because it was multiple people wanting to get food. I told the lady on the phone I was placing 3 to go orders and I would need the total for each one so everyone could give me their money as I was the one who would be picking up the food. So after each order I placed I asked for the total (as I told her from the very beginning) and she kept putting me on hold to go get someone else who could give her the total (why she couldn't give me the totals herself still confuses me?). By the time we got to the third order she went to go get somebody that could give her the total again and I guess she thought she placed the phone in an area where I could not hear but I did. I heard the employees talking shit saying very disrespectful and rude things all because I asked for the totals for my orders. I heard a young lady scream "wtf why didn't they just give you the order at one time" & then I heard a man say "this is bullshit this gets on my fuckin nerves". Other things were said that I couldn't quite make out and I don't want to repeat any "fake news" but I'm sure it was some kind of racial slur said as well. I politely told the young lady that was originally taking my order that I had heard the mean and ugly things they said and that was very unprofessional and rude and she said I know ma'm I'm so sorry. I hung up without giving my information and my employees told me to not call back and just have them fix all that food and never pick it up but I went HIGH because they went LOW and I called back and cancelled the order and told her it was because of the staff's RUDE and unwarranted behavior. I run a restaurant myself and I teach my staff to be pleasant to ALL customers, whether in house or to go because all money keeps your business going. I could understand if I was being rude or unfriendly to the girl on the phone but I was far from that even when I should've cussed all their ass out. Instead of doing that, I decided to write this 100% factual review and to tell everyone I know to NEVER eat here again. There are several other blazers location across northeast GA that would've been more than happy to take a $50+ to go order and NOT talk shit about their customer while doing so. I've gotten Blazer's to go numerous times now, and have only been disappointed once. That reason is that the sauce flavor I ordered ended up coming as a dry seasoning instead of a sauce, and it was not noted on the menu that it came that way.
