I went there to inquire about having a stereo installed in my car. I explained to them that my car had a six speaker system. I explained to them everything that I needed and they said they would order my parts for me and install it the following friday. That Friday I called them and asked him if they were ready for me. They told me they didn't even know I was supposed to show up, furthermore they ordered four speakers for my car and not six. And they did not order the parts that I needed it to have this car stereo installed in my camry. Completely unprofessional. read more

STAY AWAY!!!! They have no idea what they are doing, VERY unprofessional. Ryan is a jerk, a fast talker, like a used car salesman, so BEWARE. Took my truck in to get remote starter check and they said it needed a different modular, so okay, took them 2 hours to put a different one in, come on now, a snail could have done it faster. So I get my truck back, it starts with the remote but my check engine light is on and the service 4 wheel drive message. I go back in, Ryan just blows me off. I take to my mechanic, here when you start it with the remote all the lights in the dash come on and stay on until you put the key in the ignition then they all go out except the engine light and the 4 wheel drive message, but to top it all off the transmission will not shift. They ran more wiring, which they didn't need to do, only change the modular. My mechanic talked to Ryan and he gave my mechanic a bunch of BS. There should be a negative star. So I am warning you STAY AWAY!!!! read more

Was told one price and charged 179 more! Asked the owner about it and was told a bunch of excuses with no actual results! Didn't even complete all the work which made it even worse! Wouldn't have minded if our rear DVD player was hooked up to the stereo! All it would have taken was a wire! Very poor customer service! read more

If you are looking for a professional job by a knowledgeable and honest business, this is the LAST place to go. I took my vehicle in to have a 7 & 4 pin receptacle and power brake module installed for a trailer I was picking up in New Jersey. When I arrive to pick up my vehicle they try charging me 70 dollars more than quoted. I dispute it and the owner did adjust the charges. I get to Jersey, hook up to a new trailer and get to spend the next 6 hours pulling a trailer back with no brake lights or turn signals. Call the owner, he asks me to bring it in with my trailer which first of all is unnecessary because the problem was in the vehicle wiring and NOT the trailer. After looking at the wiring and tons of electrical tape and splices into the factory wiring they did, we tested and documented everything including the ground wire that they half attached w an aluminum screw which they twisted the head off of i was anything but satisfied. Stop in and speak to Ryan who completely lacked professionalism, knowledge, or any people skills and he had no real answers other than bringing it back. I explain that i cannot bring the trailer and what we found to be wrong. Drop my vehicle off yesterday, come back and get it and the owner says they fixed the brake light and the ground wire. However they did not install the t connector i requested and was supposedly ordered. So i told the owner i would go home and try it again and if it wasn't right i would be back. He informed me he would be there today. As soon as i got home we began testing and immediately the brake lights were still wrong and even worse, the ground wire wasn't even attached! I go back now for the 3rd time and when i walk in i immediately tell him that its not fixed and that his tech is a liar and yeah, im definitely NOT HAPPY. After all of this he acts as if he isn't concerned and that he has no idea. Take him out to the vehicle and SHOW him what is wrong and pull the ground wire right out. He looks around a little bit and i finally tell him that im giving them one last chance take it right or im going to the attorney general and filing a complaint w the better business bureau. He walks back inside and when i go in he tells me to do what i gotta do cuz im threatening him and cussing at him. Ur darn right i am because now you're costing ME and my business money. So Dave, I will gladly do what i have to do and let people know that Blazin Auto's installs lack the knowledge and skill to do them. An amateur could do the kind of job that was done to mine. And treating your customers like they don't matter after the sale only leads to one thing...less business. Your customer ARE your revenue but unhappy customers can KILL a business. read more
