Update below initial post... My mother in-law went to buy a vehicle after her husband passed. She went alone and they ripped her off. They added a $3,000 market adjustment on top of the MSRP. A $364 accessory package which they won't say exactly what it is. Additionally they charged their $299 dealer processing fee twice (once on the sticker that had the market adjustment price on it and another time on the pink slip). They denied charging her twice when she called them about it. I ran the numbers and they most certainly charged her twice. So in total they stole $3,663 dollars from here. In my mind they are no better than those third world country telemarketers that steal people's money. Update... after sending them a picture with the papers. My mother-in-law finally talked to the sales manager. They did finally admit to charging the processing fee twice. He said the accessory package was a pinstripe that was supposed to go on the vehicle but they hadn't had a chance to put it on yet. She said OK so you're going to refund me that money? He said no, I could sell your car for five times what you bought it for I'm not giving you that money back. She said OK good then take my car back and sell for five times that. He said we don't take returns. They are going to refund the duplicate $299 processing fee just not the $364 for a pinstripe that wasn't on the vehicle.

Laughably incompetent. They messed up the alignment worse than it was originally. Steering wheel…read morewas crooked, measurements were in the red on their own sheet. Mistakes happen, so I came back and asked to redo the alignment, showed them their own sheet and said the wheel was crooked after the alignment. They said (1) they don't do rear alignments on Toyotas (???), (2) the car has unspecified issues that don't allow it to be aligned, (3) they would need additional payment to do the steering wheel correction. When I pressed them on what the issues were, they refused to commit to anything. Nothing was written down. Truly baffling that these people are running a real shop. I asked to talk to the alignment tech and they said he can't speak English. So how can he understand anything? Is he just guessing? I'm willing to bet they don't have anyone trained and that they're just winging it on each alignment. I talked to Rose and Arbor (blond ponytail man). They kept pushing for more money, and they said I already got an alignment so I shouldn't be greedy. Very rude while I spoke very politely. I went to Midas down the street and they fixed it. No issues with the car were identified, perfect alignment, 45 minutes. The before measurements (after Firestone's alignment) were way off. Extremely unprofessional. Go here if you want your car to go 4 different directions while driving straight!

First, on one visit, I brought my car in for a simple gasket replacement, and they completely messed it up. I ended up having to take my vehicle to another shop to have the initial repair redone properly, which resulted in extra time and money wasted. Second, on a separate visit, they aggressively tried to convince me to replace two of my tires, claiming they had punctures and needed immediate replacement. I took the car elsewhere for a second opinion, and that mechanic confirmed the tires were perfectly fine--no punctures, just blatant upselling. The combination of faulty workmanship and an obvious attempt to scam a customer out of hundreds of dollars across multiple service visits is unacceptable. Avoid this location if you value quality work and honesty.
