The staff only had one customer waiting for their drink and no one waiting to order until we came. They only have one kiosk which I think is inefficient unless their traffic isn't that high. I ordered my usual: high mountain pouchong, light ice, less sweet, grass jelly. In terms of tea flavor, I think it's pretty on par with the other ChiCha locations. The café has cute wooden benches and tables. The selection of Vietnamese snacks were intriguing and should be legit given the old grandma bought a lot.
