I've been going here for a couple years now (more I think? Pandemic time has got me a little wonky). I've always walked out very happy with my hair. You know, we've all had that "eh its not really perfect but its ok" feeling after walking out of a salon, but I've never had that here. I always look amazing. My usual gal I see is Alissa. She just knows what to do with my hair. I do not. Thank goodness she does. I always get compliments from my friends and husband. My husband is an engineer. You know how they are...they don't notice hair. He NOTICES my hair after I get it done there. He notices and then genuinely compliments my hair. You don't understand. That's like getting one of those British palace gaurds to giggle . Even my son's daycare lady was like "omg girl that hair". And I was like "I know" *hair swish* (I really should be posting pictures but I'm not a selfie type of person.) I also got a balayage from Stephanie back in April. Dude, she is masterful. I looked like a different person. My hair wasn't damaged somehow. You always expect a little damage but nope. Also, the way she did that appealed to my laziness because I am bad about hair touchup stuff. Almost a year later I still look fab. I'm scheduled to see her again in about a month. Everyone in there is super friendly. They offer beverages and have a nice bathroom. The relaxing room in the back would be better if I just shut up once in a while and enjoy the peace but I just keep talking. I'm a little socially awkward but I feel totally comfortable here, that's hard to do with me. That's how nice and friendly they are. It's a great place. I'm so glad they're here. read more

Stephanie is just AMAZING!!! She takes the time to make sure you feel welcome, comfortable, and pays so much attention to detail when it comes to your hair. She might look young and small but man she is super talented, and you can tell she is very passionate about what she does. I 100% recomend her. I first got paired up with Steven after being involved with a hair show in 2016. My hair was dull and not at all a color I was willing to maintain long term. I expressed it was my desire to slowly make my way back to blonde but tried to keep my expectations low. Not only did Steven meet my expectations, he basically did the impossible! He changed my hair from red/black to a gorgeous bright blonde without compromising the integrity of my hair. From then on I was sold. Steven always listens to me and does not try to push his own agenda which I really appreciate. He is a master of his craft and I always leave his chair feeling happy and beautiful. I have since followed him to the new and gorgeous Bleach and Brawn location. The salon is clean, esthetically pleasing, and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. I came here for a cut and color as recommended by my boyfriend who works for Eufora! (so lucky!) The whole experience was amazing. The salon is super cute and intimate with everything Eufora. The little waiting room is clean, modern, and chic. They had little snacks and fruit water for their guests. I opted for hot tea since it was cold and raining outside. Their mugs had a B on them which was a nice detail to the Bleach and Brawn branding. The girls made my night! They were extremely knowledgeable and had big smiles on their faces the whole time. They gave me a tour of the place and it was a treat. Stephanie did such an outstanding job with my hair! She knew her education and was an excellent salon professional. The wash room was my favorite part! They wash your hair and give you a head message and a towel over your eyes for relaxation. I could have fallen asleep in that chair listening to that soft music. The girls were so much fun to chat with and had me laughing and really enjoying myself. Overall, what a fabulous place! My boyfriend loved his experience here too which is rare for a salon. I was so impressed with every aspect of this place. I was looking for a salon that uses non toxic products, but still preformed and upon inquiring through Facebook, I received an immediate thorough response. I called that day and made an appointment and was able to get in that same week. Upon arriving, I was greeted and immediately felt so special. The owner, Tiffany, made it a point to come over and introduce herself, which I thought was above and beyond. I then received a tour of the salon and met with my stylist, Stephanie. She was super patient and helpful in helping me figure out exactly what I wanted. My service was a balayage, which takes time, but Stephanie was so sweet and attentive the entire time, as was everyone in the shoppe. The shampoo room was so relaxing and spa like, especially when you are getting your head massaged haha. Stephanie nailed it on my hair too! I'm not a huge yelper but I feel compelled to give this place a resoundingly positive review. I emailed Connie, the owner, with a really specific hair situation that I was trying to get fixed within the week. I had temporary manic panic hair dye that had faded to a gray and I was trying to go platinum. Connie responded super quickly to all my questions and explained what the process would be in detail. She was able to book me just a few days out with Natalie, who is a platinum/blonde specialist. My appointment was great--everyone was so friendly and helpful. I was in and out within three hours, which for doing a full hair bleaching, is darn good. Natalie got me where I wanted color wise and clearly is an expert when it comes to lightening hair. She even styled my hair after which looked great! The whole bleaching and toning only cost $235 pre-tip, which from looking around, is cheaper than other places I've seen. The atmosphere was very comfortable and they give a tour of the whole place which was a nice touch. The shampoo and scalp massage was great. And was an actual massage, as opposed to those places that count the shampoo. Stephanie asked a lot of questions about what I'm looking for and gave me some great tips for styling. She was really conscious of the fact that I'm low maintenance and kept her suggestions to things that would be easy and fast for me to do. And not require extra salon visits or money.
