I've been going to the Taylor'd skin studio for 7 years now, and let me tell you.... I had struggled with really bad cystic acne and pigmentation since the 8th grade and tried everything you think of to try and clear my skin. When I first moved to San Diego, somehow it got even worse and I felt really hopeless that I would have nice skin. I had searched up dermatologist and acne specialist in my area and this spot popped up. I ended up giving it a shot, and ever since that first consult, I knew I was in good hands. I started with the acne program and then eventually graduated to the more "fancy" facials. After about a year everyone in my family noticed such a big difference. I even got my brother and mom to start coming here! Sometimes I even get random compliments from people about how nice my skin is and what my routine is (then I immediately refer them to this spot). My specialist Iryna (love you girl) is the sweetest, most calm and patient person ever. If I ever am freaking out over a break out, she reassures me about the plan and how we can work our way back to being clear. Any question I have, she listens and really works through it with me. I started going to Taylor'd Skin Studio recently as part of wedding prep and I'm so glad I did! My skin already looks and feels so great just 2 months later! My esthetician is Vanessa and she's great! She always talks me through what my skin needs both during the facial and after for my skin care. She always makes sure she's aware of what my skin goals are whenever I go. While they do sell products here as well, I've never felt like it was ever forced on me and she's have given me samples a few times to make sure I actually like it! This is both The Acne Spot and Taylor'd Skin Studio, with everything sharing one lobby. It's very relaxing in all areas including the lobby and the facial rooms. I ended up getting the membership that included one custom facial among other things like the red light therapy. The lobby is where the Glow Your Own Way red light therapy stations are and it's just as relaxing as inside the rooms. The lot for this plaza is fairly large so Ive also never had issues with parking! Highly recommend if you're looking to improve your skin! read more

They offer a number of different treatments and services, something for everyone. I keep coming back for the Custom Facial (truly bespoke for your own skin concerns), but I've got my eye on their Brow Bar soon! Irina is someone I would have 0 hesitation recommending to anyone to see. She's SO knowledgeable, plus she's just a wonderful human on top of being exceptional at what she does. I used to be so afraid of the way I looked in public, since I have had acne all through my teenage years (currently 22 years old).
