I felt like she really did listen to my concerns, was gracious, genuinely wanted to make the situation right, and ensure that a similar situation didn't happen again in the future to someone else. Wow! First time there yesterday and I am thoroughly impressed!! I did a bunch of research over the past few weeks and finally settled on MOD. I got an appointment quickly and easily with Kayleigh and from moment one I had good vibes! I'm hesitant to write a review so quickly but right now I am feeling like I just got the best cut I've had in over 10 years!! It had been almost 2 years since my last cut. I've been trying to find a hair stylist to cut my short hair for a while. I would come across stylists who would be either afraid to cut short, or would not know how to texturize properly. I wanted to give Casey a shot. Scheduling an appointment with her was very easy, she communicates very well. The day of the appointment I easily found parking next to the salon, and found it without any problems. One note is that Google maps do not direct you to the right parking lot. You can park right in front of the salon, but for some reason, probably due to construction in the area, Google maps directs you to park in the back. Don't do that, just go straight to the front. Casey right away knew what she would do with my hair. She used razor to cut a pixie haircut. She was efficient, confident, and precise. After the cut was completed, she did the highlights. I typically would have to come home after getting my hair done by other stylists and texturize myself using texturizing scissors, but with her cut I didn't have to do that. I scheduled another appointment with her right away. If you're looking for a pixie haircut, she is your go to stylist. She'll experiment, if necessary, or just do it classic haircut. As a bonus, she's a wonderful person. I truly enjoyed getting to know her. read more

I was able to sneak in before the most recent shut down and have my hair done by Alyssa. She spent time in the beginning advising me regarding my options for my full highlight. I truly appreciated her knowledge and passion for her craft. She spent a lot of time doing my highlights and checking my color to be sure it was the type of blonde I wanted. I am very happy with my hair and I will absolutely be going back to Alyssa in the future. I was also very impressed with the design and cleanliness of the salon. There is a nice patio area outside the salon where I was able to sit and relax while my color processed. I waited 2 months for my first appt, was floored by how good she did my hair, and was eager to return. Upon trying to schedule a 2nd appt, 3 attempts at eComms did not yield a response. Finally had to leave a message on answering machine requesting a callback. She did not call back - she emailed me back finally stating she could not schedule me until end of JULY -- today is mid-MAY. And she says she opened a 2nd business so is too busy to communicate in a timely manner. MAKES NO SENSE -- if you cannot accommodate clientele at the first business, why would you overextend yourself into a 2nd business that has you even MORE inaccessible!? read more
