Recently upgraded my living room tv and needed it to be mounted professionally... No exposed wires, etc. Reached out to Tech Junkies. I spoke to the owner Jimmy. Very polite & Knowledgeable over the phone. We scheduled an appointment. His tech team, Mike & Jeff, arrived right on time and helped me get everything situated. They knocked it out the park! It surpassed my expectations. They mounted 3 tv's for me in a couple hours. Definitely worth every penny if you're on the fence about hiring professionals versus doing it yourself. Jimmy was a man of his word... the price he quoted me, was the price I paid. No switch & bait tactics that u hear about in reviews from other vendors. I'll post the 3 tv's they did for me. The living room TV was a 77 inch tv with mount & wiring the cables through the walls so it looks clean. The other TV's were for my garage & home office. For those TV's, i just wanted wire concealment... no need for fishing wires through the walls. Once again, Thank you to Jimmy & his team at Tech Junkies. It was a mess before, and now it all works as designed. Jimmy is on top of all the latest tech. Besides fixing the wiring, I wanted to upgrade all of the audio equipment. Tech Junkies deserve more than 5 stars for their skill and efficiency in fixing our Control4 system. Mike + his assistant Jeff + Jimmy [the owner], provided great communication & customer service and more importantly, they fixed my Control4 system by removing the many unnecessary, super expensive equipment my original Control4 provider, Sky Digital, installed. We always had problems with that prior installer's choices of machinery and technology to use with Control4 because he installed the most expensive equipment used for businesses, not large homes, and insisted on managing it himself remotely so there was never any accountability for the fees he charged based on unverified time he spent constantly "fixing" our system. After 9 years of ridiculous expense and the Control4 system constantly failing, thank goodness we found Tech Junkies on Yelp. They came to our home and at our request, "dummied down" our Control4 system with residential-compatible components that work great and were reasonably priced. Mike even showed me how we can manage the settings ourselves on the Control4 app, something our prior Control4 dealer would never do because he insisted on charging for every minute of his time making changes to our system remotely. Mike also hard wired our home computer and printer directly into the wall for faster internet speed, something our prior Control4 serviceman never thought to do. I highly recommend Tech Junkies for their skill, professionalism and reasonable pricing. If I could award more than 5 stars, I would because Tech Junkies definitely earned it. read more
