I really wanna like this place especially since they're a local business, but every time I go in my smoothie is chunky and not blended all the way, sometimes so badly I can't even suck it through the straw. Today again when I got home the smoothie was so chunky I had to put it into my own blender and re-blend it in order to make it drinkable. I also take issue with the fact that they offer "fresh juice" but they will not squeeze you fresh orange juice even though it's one of the listed juices. they also list fresh orange juice as one of their ingredients. They had to think about it for several seconds and they said no. Didn't want to spend any more time in that store and just left without giving any tips. I love blenders smoothies. They are way better than Jamba juice as far as I am concerned. Normally I get the peanut butter with chocolate. It takes like a reeses peanutbutter cup. And I add chia, because I love chia. If I had to say one negative thing, it would be the non smoothie aspect of blenders. Sometimes I frustrates me that if I forget to say the size on a drink, they automatically make it the large size. Which I think it pretty presumptuous, because sometimes I don't have $6. Just make sure tell them the size. Or you'll get this crazy huge smoothie. And they rarely ask what boost you want. Last time I asked for the boost but she said it was too late. This place is amazing! Way better than Jamba Juice! I ordered the peach smoothie with an immune boost and I LOVED it! The only negative is that they say they only offer two sizes: a small (which looks like a childs size) & a large ( which is 24oz.), but they do actually have a 16oz...but it is strictly for a certain type of "healthier" drink, lol...makes ZERO sense to me. I believe this is just a marketing/strategic way for this business to upsell a 24oz. because they cost more, which makes them more money. After my prior review management messaged me and we had a nice conversation. They have done some training with their staff. We stopped in on Friday March 23rd to pick up a gift card for a friend and a cup to put it into. The staff was very nice and helpful. They let me know to bring in my cup next time for a $.50 discount and also told me about ways to get % more $ on the card. The girl at the register was training and the other girls were all very helpful and patience with her. It was nice to see them supporting her in her learning. They sent us a gift card and we got to use it today. We bought travel mugs so we can just refill our cups and save $ and not create trash. Everyone was nice and friendly. The product has always been excellent, no problem there. After so long everyone wears masks or some kind of covering of the nose and mouth. I've been coming here for years! The smoothies are always awesome! The staff is always super friendly and the manager Nachole is always quick to recommend when I can't decide! She even helps me decide on what to put in my juices so I don't end up with something I don't like!!! When there is new staff the other staff is always super helpful in training or answering questions. I love coming to Blenders because of the atmosphere and staff! I think there has only been ONE time in all the years I have been coming that my smoothie wasn't the consistency that I love. They fixed it immediately and with a smile! I come to this establishment weekly, and multiple times the service is mediocre. BUT every time i am served by the amazing young lady, her name is Shawna, it is the best experience.
