So I got the Tiger Tail crumble to go. He heated our croissant sandwiches and we ate them outside at their shaded tables - perfect! Just what we needed before continuing on the road. Panera offers healthier options vs fast food and also a nice place to sit, relax and enjoy your meal. Whether working or just hanging out, comfortable spot. The also have their Sip Club, which I highly recommend you joining. You can get a drink, you choice of teas, coffees, soda, lemonade, etc. every two hours everyday. You can pay monthly or yearly. It is a great perk and one I use almost daily. They also have an app where you can earn rewards, discounts and order ahead, so you don't have to wait for your food, also highly recommended you use. The staff is nice, food options can be better for you and an overall casual dining spot to have your meal. This location is near many other businesses with a huge private parking lot, so plenty of parking for you. Enjoy!

The remake was somehow even worse than the original, with little to no ice and a completely off taste. What bothered me most wasn't the mistake it was the attitude. Drinks get made incorrectly sometimes, and most customers understand that. What I don't understand is acting annoyed when a customer respectfully asks for a correction. I left with two undrinkable drinks and feeling like my business wasn't appreciated at all. Based on this experience, Management should take a serious look at both drink quality and customer service

First nugget I bit into had a very stale texture, the temperature of the food was off and mind you I live down the street from this location and went straight home to eat after drive thru order. We have never had any issues with this location and they always get our orders spot on the first time.
