Most of the time the counter person looks confused by my request on ONE donut hole "to purchase and taste", but this gentleman smiled and "tonged" one to me. YUM! It tastes like a donut SHOULD! So I got the Tiger Tail crumble to go. He heated our croissant sandwiches and we ate them outside at their shaded tables - perfect! Just what we needed before continuing on the road. The also have their Sip Club, which I highly recommend you joining. You can get a drink, you choice of teas, coffees, soda, lemonade, etc. every two hours everyday. You can pay monthly or yearly. It is a great perk and one I use almost daily. They also have an app where you can earn rewards, discounts and order ahead, so you don't have to wait for your food, also highly recommended you use. The staff is nice, food options can be better for you and an overall casual dining spot to have your meal. First nugget I bit into had a very stale texture, the temperature of the food was off and mind you I live down the street from this location and went straight home to eat after drive thru order. Old stale nuggets is what I received. I called the restaurant and was told to come back to get a refund. I went back and explain to the cashier and a front of house lead who was very rude over the phone and in person. I won't be coming back here and i'll let other people I know not to come back. One girl fixing her braid and applying lip gloss, two girls dressing one of the young men with a salty vest to go out to drive thru, another girl completely combing her fingers through another girl's hair to put it up in a clip. YOUR IN A KITCHEN FOR GOD SAKES. Finally they sent me to park because they were still sorting out my sandwich issue. WHERE IS THE MANAGER. These girls need to be trained better. There were a total of 5 employees in that area and just one focused on the job. I will be taking a break from them for a long while until they can get it together. At Jack in the box only one person is at the window and they get it all done without sending me parking.

Not only can you earn free items, you also can pre-order and save a lot of time, rather than waiting around for your drink to be made. Just order, walk in and it is ready to go. Highly recommended. A few key items stand out as making the Skyway Drive McDonalds the best I've ever experienced. 1. The staff is engaged with the customers and it's obvious that they have an encouraging culture which makes for a healthy work environment. When a business takes good care of its employees, the employees take good care of the customers. Two of their managers stand out as outstanding, Manny and Sarah. They are pleasant and happy and good at leading the team. This week a mistake was made on my take out order where I received the incorrect sandwich. They corrected the issue 3 days later and did it with a smile. The owners and managers have created something special that is rare to find. Keep it up! 2. Food quality seems higher at this McDonald's. I don't understand how it's possible but the others aren't the same. Maybe these meals are made by happy people. 3.
