When I walked in the owner Lucian was with a client but introduced himself and greeted me and welcomed me and let me know that his other Barber, Byron could help me. Got my beard cleaned up by Byron. As we were chatting (as you do on a barber chair), Byron mentioned that their other Barber, Chili, also cuts but does braids and Locs too. As soon as I heard "LOCS," I decided there and then that I would get my hair loc'd. So I got it started with Chili and came back the next day to finish it off because I have really long hair. Idk how long but I am 6'1" and my hair was down to my pants. Also, it's naturally super straight hair so I am really surprised how well it came out! Chili definitely knows what she is doing! Honestly, Locs turned out perfect! 1000% recommended!!! So yeah! I was there for two days straight and the vibe is super chill and very welcoming. Picked 9:30am on a Wednesday because i was going to a concert later that night. I received a confirmation email with the name of the barber confirming 9:30am. Showed up around 9am, shop wasn't open so i grabbed some coffee next door to wait. 9:30 rolled around, saw another customer check the front door and it was still locked. Checked my email, no messages for reschedule. Waited around until 9:45am before I decided to leave. It would've been nice to have any form of communication from the shop even after the missed appointment.

I have been here many times over the years. The vibe here is strange. The walls are Gumby green…read more The decorations do not make sense. It does not feel like you walked into a barber shop. I will say they have had some good barbers come and sadly go. Having said that it is like playing Russian Roulette haircut style. One person cuts it great so you make sure you go back to them. Then one day they no longer work there. So, since you're already there and you need a haircut you have someone else do it. Then you go home and fix it for a half hour. They have pulled shady moves in the past. Once I realized they hadn't given me the fade I had asked for. So naturally I said something. They said "Okay we fix but we charge more now she have to do again" and added $5 to the final bill. Another time my buddy went with me and they tried charging him extra for a taper. The problem is he never asked for a taper. The lady at the register kept saying "He (the barber) said he give you taper". My buddy said "I never asked for a taper". They went back and forth until they finally took the charge off with annoyance. They also recently changed the pricing on the pricing menu so now instead of having one set price it reads Mens haircut $20-$25. Of course when it is time to pay it is always the highest cost. I gave this place a lot of chances but enough is enough. It is to the point where I have realized I am the problem... I keep going back... Too much bad business and inconsistent haircuts.

Unsanitary to say the very least. This is an update 2/25. My son is having some sort of dermatitis in the areas he was cut. I will be reporting this! I'm concerned for my child and others who may have been exposed to diseases and infection all because of poor business practices. How many customers did he use that same razor blade on before cutting my child, how many did he "accidentally" cut with that same razor? How many people must now get checked for blood exposure or infection?

I'm very loyal and very, very generous with tips to my barber as I understand time is valuable, but as someone who doesn't have time throughout the week to get a haircut due to my line of work you guys just absolutely wasted my time. What a terrible place. As someone who works 80 hours a week I don't have the opportunity to get my haircut very much so thank you to this company in this owner for wasting my time.

Each visit I've came 10-15 min after they open to avoid a line & all 3 tries they were not even opened yet. The only car in the plaza was someone else trying to get a cut and the T-Mobile employee. I suggest changing your business hours to later at this point since this seems to be an on going issue. Ridiculous
