They had also added a dinosaur exhibit where they had moving dinasaurs and a place where kids could draw and put it in a 3D computer and turn their drawing into a walking dinasour. We raised our concerns directly with the owner, but the issues were covered by saying 'you get a discount' not a meaningful way to respond in our opinion. We never asked or knew about a discount. Our advice is simple: get all pricing, service expectations, and termination terms in writing. Based on our experience, professionalism, communication, and accountability were lacking, and the way our account was handled left a disappointing final impression.
