Had to check The 80s Revue at the 1924 Proabition Bar at the Venetian Canal Shops. The staff here is friendly and wonderful. We had excellent up front seats for the low price of the tickets. The 80s Revue was great and we had a wonderful time dancing and singing to so may 80s hits with MTV videos being shown in the background. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

We had some time to kill and found a speakeasy bar in front of the gondola. We walked to the elevator and took it upstairs. Entrance is behind the painting. There's 2 rooms, 1 is voodoo and the otherone is the main bar. There was a live performer on the piano and turns out it was burlesque night as well. We didn't see any food on the menu, only drinks. Ordered some craft cocktails until my friends were ready to meet downstairs.

We enjoyed our opportunity to check out the 1923 Prohibition Bar in The Venetian. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was veey quiet and nearly empty when we visited on a Monday afternoon, so we missed out on some of the atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Drinks were good but a little spendy.

This is one of my favorite bars in Vegas. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Super cozy and the venue is beautiful.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Sometimes they have shows.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They also serve snacks and the bacon looks super cool. Staff is super friendly and at times they will even sing! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Last time we went, there was live music and a burlesque show.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]An interesting place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Always fun trying to figure out how to get in. It was late afternoon and slow along with the service. We just grabbed a drink to see how we liked the place. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The inside is lovely, but we got bored and left.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

1923 Prohibition Bar inside the Venetian is a fun, high energy nightlife bar if you're looking for something more lively than a traditional lounge. Saturday nights feature a two-part entertainment lineup that keeps the night interesting without needing to hop venues. The evening starts with The Docksiders, a Yacht Rock tribute band playing smooth, nostalgic hits from the '70s and '80s upbeat, familiar, and easy to enjoy. After their set, a second live band takes over, and this is when the burlesque performances begin, with a dancer appearing about every 30 minutes throughout the second act. The combination creates a classic speakeasy vibe with a playful "NOLA Nights" feel, adding energy and visual interest to the night. We also really enjoyed the Oddity Room, which is more secluded and closed off, making it feel intimate and a bit exclusive. It's perfect if you want a quieter space to hang out, just keep in mind that you'll need to step out into the main room if you want to watch the entertainers, since performances don't happen inside the Oddity Room. Overall, it's a great spot for variety, atmosphere, and live entertainment all in one place. Super lively, fun, and an excellent nightlife option inside the Venetian.

A peak inside the secluded room.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The newest location of the Prohibition Bar was very nice inside! I LOVED the decor, and the secluded room if you don't care to watch the band and dancer[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]That being said, if you do go to watch the show, check the site lines! We were seated way in the back by the restroom, and could only see the dancer before she went through the curtains. After that, we had no idea what was happening[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]As for the cover band, the were really good, but it's definitely a different vibe compared to the piano player and amazing singer (who is also a waitress at the bar) at the original location in Mandalay Bay.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They (at the new location) asked if anyone liked country music, and proceeded to play five or six country songs in a row! I thought this place was supposed to have NOLA music?[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Other than that, the place was great! The hostess and waitresses were very friendly and attentive, and the drinks were great as usual. I'd definitely go again, but I would want to know what to expect from the band before deciding.

Great speakeasy inside the Venetian, look for the 1923 Prohibition Bar signs. Hint: once you find it take the elevator up and look at my pictures for the entrances. There's the main speakeasy that's very lively and loud. Then there's the voodoo underground area that's more intimate. Both are great, just matter of preference. They were super busy so there was a bit of a wait for someone to take our order and to get our drinks. The wait was however worth it. Our group ordered the manhattan, barrel aged old fashioned, campfire and a rum drink. All were well made.

$5 drinks in Vegas? I honestly thought it was a scam. I walked up to ask about the options and ended up ordering a classic frozen margarita with rum. So good, and to my surprise, both drinks were not watered down at all. The staff was friendly and easy to talk to, even asking about my day. This is the perfect spot to pregame before a show or event on the Strip. Since it's located at the Venetian, I grabbed my drink and watched the gondola performers sing. Such a fun and affordable Vegas experience.

Cliff Notes Price Range: $$ Parking: Valet Perk: Unique drinks Non-Perk: Most chairs and booths are not comfy [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance: Bar with a fun twist[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Dress: Smart Casual [[HIGHLIGHT]]Noise: Low[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Temperature: Perfect[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Recommend: 100% Response Time: N/A Professionalism: On point Date: 1/18/2026 Dissertation: [[HIGHLIGHT]]This place is cool in that "don't tell anyone or it'll get crowded" kind of way.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I ordered the Cookie Monster, and it was so good I immediately ordered another... and then stuck with that excellent decision throughout the evening. My husband ordered the Camp Fire and loved it. I tried it and... not for me. But that's on my taste buds, I don't like bourbon, and the drink definitely delivered what it promised. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Only downside: the seating. The chairs aren't very comfortable, some of the tall tables were wobbly enough to make me hover over my drink all night, and the booth footrests are basically useless because they are too low.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We actually had to move because my back immediately disagreed with our first sitting choice. Nikki was the hostess with the mostest and made sure we were taken care of the entire time, which made a big difference. I'd still go back... just aiming for a better seat next time and a nonwobbly table. Would 100% go back...

A hidden speakeasy. Go to the elevator and press 2m you'll see a frame with a door handle and gentleman is waiting. As we walked in there was music playing but a ticketed event they proceeded to have us enter another room which looked very demonic and New Orleans with a voodoo feel to it. Maybe not my kind of decor. Our waitress didn't seem too welcoming or smiley the experience wasn't what I expected and the drinks were mediocre we also ordered chilled shots and she did not chill our tequila. Wouldn't come back

This is a hidden bar at the Venetian Las Vegas that is just a cool thing to experience. They have live music & even a dancer! Drinks were good & average price, about $20 a drink. Service was ok not great. But will be back

All I remember was going through the casino areas of Paris Hotel, and then going down one floor to the Horseshoe area to reach this bar just minutes before closing on a Friday close to midnight. I quickly grabbed a seat at the bar area and perused the menu, which has a ton of drinks, beers, wines, mocktails and even snacks. Even when close to closing time, patrons filled up all the bar seating which isn't a lot; most seating was couches and tables near the knickknacks. I got myself the Bee's Knees, which is cranberry and pineapple juice, apple puree, cinnamon fire syrup and some ginger beer according to their menu just outside the front entrance. I can only describe the taste as a sweetened fruit juice with a ton of fizz from the ginger beer, and the pineapple and apple came out on top for overpowering the drink overall. Some mint leaves and a slice of grapefruit were added in, and the mint leaves made this drink feel more like a special cocktail. This and other mocktails is $13 before tax, so pretty high price especially when considering their other alcoholic drinks are not that much higher than that... I actually still loved my drink, though! It was a nice wrap-up for my last day in Vegas and I'm curious now to look a lot more carefully at the stuff on the walls if I ever come here again!

Our bartender was super friendly and every drink were crafted and presented beautifully. The cocktails are definitely on the expensive side, but you're paying for the entire experience. It was the integrity behind every moment. Before the séance began, Kent took the time to explain the experience, set thoughtful expectations, and acknowledge the emotional weight of what some audience members might feel. That level of care is incredibly rare. It was clear he wasn't trying to manipulate emotions or convince anyone of anything. Instead, he created a space where curiosity, wonder, and respect could exist together. His passion for his craft is unmistakable, but it's his character that makes the show unforgettable. In a city known for spectacle, Kent reminded me that the most powerful performances come from authenticity. I left feeling more than entertained. I left genuinely moved. If you're looking for an experience that makes you think, feel, and reflect long after the show ends, this is it. I'll absolutely be back.
