Every time we arrive, they are super excited to be at camp Mimi's! I find them to be well organized, fairly priced, and definitely passionate about what they do. They offer many different services, Which is extremely convenient so I don't have to drive my dogs to different places. I'm confident they have a great time when they are there because they are able to run free for most of the day, and with having active dogs ( 2yo boxer and 1yo Weimaraner) they need to burn that energy. I have no issues with any of the rules or regulations they have in place, because I know they are there for the safety of my dog! We will definitely be continuing to use Camp Mimi for as long as we live in this area.

We are an airline family and travel quite often. Bear really liked camp Mimi at first but the last time Bear went to camp mimi she was drugged. After an 8 day stay, my elderly father had to carry our 70 pound German shepherd and place her in the car. For the next 3 days Bear was intensely lethargic and we had to carry her out to use the bathroom. Fast forward a few years later going to a different grooming/kennel place to find out from a previous worker that Bill and Sylvia do in fact tranquilize/ drug animals. Thankfully, we have a very happy, healthy, and energetic 6 year old girl, but, the thought of these adults hurting another animal is enough to make me sick. Please DO NOT take your animal to camp Mimi. I absolutely wish I had some sort of proof of this so that I could put these folks out of business. Attached are photos of my sweet Bear girl. After treating my dog regularly since he was 2…read moremonths old, today, after a 20-minute walk, I noticed that my Cane Corso wasn't walking on his back legs. I brought him inside and waited 10 minutes, but then I noticed he was panting strangely. I picked him up and rushed him (safely) through school-release traffic, arriving at the vet in 8 minutes since they are very close to me. When I arrived, I rushed inside and told them my dog was having serious issues. There were four people inside: the regular veterinarian who prescribes my dog's medication and three front desk staff. There were also no other pets in the clinic at the time. Without hesitation, one of the front desk ladies handed me a card and told me I needed to take him to the emergency vet. I went to my car but then thought about it and went back inside to ask if anyone could look at my dog because he looked like he was dying (my exact words), and the emergency vet was 30 minutes away. Without hesitation, she said they couldn't do anything and sent me on my way as the rest of the staff walked to the back. Frantically, I drove 20 minutes to the emergency vet, using my hazard lights and periodically patting my dog, looking into his eyes, and telling him he would be okay. Sadly, when I arrived at the ER, they pronounced him dead due to a blood clot caused by the heat. They also agreed that Allied should have at least checked my dog to see if there was anything they could do. It's a heartbreaking day, and I would never recommend this place. Their medication is overpriced, and they do the bare minimum.

This was my second visit,first visit waiting 20 min,Vet was not really outgoing.Went today,got…read moretheir 10 min early,completed paperwork.One pet went back in room,our appt was 11:00,put in our room 11:00,sat for 30 min,while listening to vet in other room just shooting the breeze.The Tech could have come in and done weight,test for heart worms,nothing.Got up to leave,told receptionist we have been waiting for 30 min,so I said we will leave.Instead of receptionist getting up to ask vet how long it would be,she says you want to reschedule ??That's like asking do I want a root canal.Why schedule another appt,when staff,and Vet have no courtesy of other clients time.And the office was not busy,no other dogs,except the one that seem to being getting a lot of conversation from vet.Sorry but it is apparent this office is not concerned for the time a client and pet has to wait.But I bet if you were late,you would have gotten charge,no show a charge,so what about our time,customer service is low on their priority.

From the get go, Grace(the owner) was super kind with communication and got my two pups in very last minute for us! Her husband greeted us and helped get them checked in with ease as it was our first time boarding with them. I have a young Great Dane who is full of energy and a bit anxious... that said, he was all kinds of crazy when I dropped him off since it was new territory... however, they allowed me to hang till he was calm and comfortable with a new place. They were so gentle with him and understanding he was a young pup in a new place! Honestly, it didn't take my dog long to warm up because the property itself is truly a dogs dream. There are plenty of pins for them to get outside time to run and play together or individually. I drive over an hour to keep my dogs here and it is very worth it!

I waited patiently for 30mins with absolutely no other people / pets in the office. When the Vet finally came, he took 5 mins to look at my baby, told me he's "healthy" and for me to "brush his teeth". My DOCUMENTED concern with the assistant who took notes for the vet once we were called to the back office, was my dog's frequent urinating. This vet never did a urinalysis or took blood. Later that day, I received a nasty email from the manager politely telling me to find another vet because of my complaint about the wait with no other pets being service. Unfortunately, my OSCAR DIED TWO WEEKS AFTER HIS "WELLNESS CHECK" from kidney stones!!!!! Something which could have been avoided!!!! As per my response to the nasty email from the manager, the name has changed but the same nasty attitude and now, piss poor Customer Service for my pet still exists.
