From the get go, Grace(the owner) was super kind with communication and got my two pups in very last minute for us! Her husband greeted us and helped get them checked in with ease as it was our first time boarding with them. I have a young Great Dane who is full of energy and a bit anxious... that said, he was all kinds of crazy when I dropped him off since it was new territory... however, they allowed me to hang till he was calm and comfortable with a new place. They were so gentle with him and understanding he was a young pup in a new place! Honestly, it didn't take my dog long to warm up because the property itself is truly a dogs dream. There are plenty of pins for them to get outside time to run and play together or individually. I drive over an hour to keep my dogs here and it is very worth it!

But they do have what the other clinic lacks: a competent, caring vet who knows her way around the animals she treats. I have used this clinic for almost 20 years and Dr. Cox, and Dr. Fenton before her, are just good vets. My cat was acting very listless yesterday and I refused to take him to that other, open-late, nice-looking clinic. I'd rather wait for an expert. The last time I went to that other place, I wound up in Dr. Cox's waiting room the next morning, anyway. P.S. I have been in the treatment rooms and surgery area of this clinic and they are fine. No need to doubt this place.

The animal clinic looks extremely shabby and I almost question whether or not the vaccines are genuine. I pay for a 3 year rabies vaccine and I don't even trust them enough to believe it'll protect my pets. So this is my second and last time trying them; I love my pets too much to return. I would STRONGLY suggest not ever going here if your pet had a serious injury or illness.
