She was very happy that I brought the pot sizes as well as where I intended to place them (sun/shade). Pricing is a bit on the high side but honestly, the stock is beautiful, healthy and the variety is abundant. No calls until Monday, when I was finally able to place my order with the delivery driver. Late Monday, he called to say the truck had a flat and they'd deliver Tuesday afternoon. No calls on Tuesday. Late Wednesday, the driver called again with another excuse for not delivering. By this time, I had contacted another vendor and had a delivery of pine straw within hours. It doesn't matter how good the straw is, if you can't get it off the truck and to the customer. If 30 bales isn't a large enough order for this vendor to care about, I wish they would have said so up front and saved me a week of waiting.
