I really like that they accepted me as a walk-in, after I got turned away from another nail salon. I also like that even though the whole salon seemed busy, I didn't have to wait at all. However, I'm not sure how I feel about requesting to get a dip on my real nails, and the nail artist not know what I'm talking about, usually anywhere I go that's what I request, and that's what they do. I appreciate the service, and the gentleness of my nail artist. I love that they give you a discount if you're new, and that it's a great price. The only thing that I dislike, is that it didn't last long. Usually when I get my nails done in dip, they last me more than 2 weeks. Literally on my second week. The color was chipping away, and the layer was already coming off. read more

First time customer, wanted a pampering pedicure to celebrate my birthday. I only go twice a year so it's a treat. Read the reviews, disappointed I was expecting to get pampered. I didn't even get offered a drink. Pedicure was good, picked a color to match the nails I wanted. When I got to the nail station was told they couldn't do the design I requested, wish they would have told me that from the beginning. I would have picked a different color. I wanted to love this place because of the high reviews, but I left very disappointed. I visited about two weeks ago while in town for Baylor graduation. My sister had a great experience with Hi, so I was expecting the same. But I had a younger technician at the last table by the polish colors. She was friendly but my experience was not great. I wasn't offered a drink like many of the other clients, and I wasn't told there would be a $20 charge for gel removal and reapplication until I checked out. I also paid for a 50 minute pedicure, but the entire service took less than 50 minutes and the massage was under five minutes. My technician was on her phone talking during the whole appointment, which made me feel ignored. To top it off, it's only been about two weeks and my acrylic nails have already lifted and cracked. I was so disappointed. My nails had finally grown out and we're looking really good so I went here with my mom and sister to get mother's Day pedicures and manicures. The service was OK, but I didn't like the quality of nail polish, but I just accepted it and headed out. But within a day, my nails started chipping. So the polish was poor quality. And once the nail polish was removed, my fingernails have been peeling since then it's been almost 3 weeks and they are just breaking and peeling and our paper thin. So something in their polish remover or polish, I don't know really damages your fingernails. But overall, I didn't think it was the friendliest Salon. There's too many other good salons in this town to settle for subpar. read more

This was my first and last time here. I had a walk in appointment with a tech who seemed inexperienced when I asked for an acrylic overlay and received confusion. After this, I showed her three pictures of my nails that I never stray from: light pink tapered square. At the filling stage, I said to her "I want them really square, tapered" and a few fingers in, I could tell it wasn't to my liking. Once, I asked her to fix them she said they were straight and I responded with exactly how I wanted her to fix them. She barely applied any pressure while refiling which resulted in nothing being fixed. She started putting on the top coat and i accepted defeat. I But she could tell by my face i wasn't happy with her work and asked if I was satisfied. I didn't hide my dissatisfaction but I told her it was fine. She insisted and called a different tech over. The other tech asks what's wrong and I tell him my nails aren't filled to my liking and he then tells me they are square... so I accept defeat. I am very particular about my nails because I work with my hands a lot as an attorney (writing/shaking hands/etc). While I can acknowledge these aren't the worst nails, they are simply not what I asked for. I didn't get any nail oil or lotion after. And when I tried to convey my concerns I was shut down each time, and as such I will not be back and do not recommend anyone to come here again. The picture of Jeans in the background is their work if you can't tell... but I am sure anyone could. Also she filed away all of my natural nails under this acrylic when I thought she was just cleaning up the mess she made with the acrylic. read more

I've been searching all over Woodway for a great pedicure spot, and I finally found it! I was in desperate need of a good pedicure, and Nana did an incredible job. The prices are very reasonable, the atmosphere is beautiful and calming, and they even offer free drinks. Highly recommend! read more

This place used to be my go to spot for pedicures, May is the best there. However, my wife and I were here a few days ago. Amy did mine and did a great job. A younger technicians name Cindy did my wife's pedicure. It was supposed to be 50 minutes and cost $60, but she rushed through it in less than 40 minutes and did a sloppy job just to move on to the next customer. My wife even had to wait on me even though we paid for the same pedicures , which is ridiculous. I wasn't going to post this, but my wife is clearly upset and doesn't want to say anything. For what we paid, we could have gotten better service somewhere else. We will not be coming back. If anyone comes here, make sure you ask for May or Amy so you don't get cheated out of your money. read more

I was in town a couple of weeks ago , I decided to give this place a try because it has 4.9 stars, but it was a very disappointing experience. Cindy did my nail and pedicure. The pedicure felt rushed and I specifically asked for dip. Instead, a guy with glasses I assumed is the owner kept pushing me to do builder gel, saying it would last longer and be healthier for the nails. That was not true at all, within two weeks almost all of the nails had chipped off. When I went to another salon to remove it, they explained that builder gel doesn't soak off like dip and has to be mostly filed off, which is damaging. On top of that, the guy kept talking loudly in another language the whole time, which was very distracting and unprofessional. If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would.t read more

3 of us went for a mani and pedi Sat. The salon was clean, the staff was friendly and efficent but loud music. It was not a calm relaxing atmosphere which I like for my mani and pedis. It was hard to talk or hear. The mani and pedis were good for 2 of us but the third mani and pedi was just fair. The polish on the toes was chipped by the next day, the tech had a hard time getting the nails filed, they were jagged and rough. read more
