The experience was less than luxurious, one of the nail techs had on a vulgar T-shirt. I didn't want to let that be a bias, but as the appointment went on, I felt uncomfortable. The techs were unfriendly and not helpful. They seemed annoyed when I asked for help with a color. My granddaughter has ended up with an infection on one finger and is on strong antibiotics and had to have the infection site drained. Came in on Valentine's Day and got a full set of acrylic nails nothing extremely fancy simple yet elegant and figured I would pay around $50-60 but was absolutely blown away when the total came out to $85.00 I am not sure what the price entailed but if that's the cost of nails nowadays I won't be getting them redone. I had been a customer for some time. I had a regular lady that did my nails and pedicure. Went with someone new because she was not there. She ended up rushing thru my manicure and it was not as good as it could have been. I thought to myself everyone can have a bad day so I went once again. I will never again allow that same lady to do my nails. Between globs of polish in the corners and thinning in the front. The gel polish actually wore off the ends of several nails within a couple of days. Not impressed. At all. Will have to find someplace else to get my nails done. As it was I didn't wait 10 days to take the gel off myself. Very disappointing. read more

Waco Mail spa was so wonderful. They had really nice people and the service was great. I thought it was going to be really expensive but they did so much to my feet for only $45! It was reasonably priced for everything. Me and my wife both got a pedicure. It was really clean in there. If you have a lot of dead skin I recommend you should go there. read more

Got a classic pedicure that's $35 with gel. I know gel is an extra charge but ended up being $60 just for someone to paint my damn toes. Didn't file my nails or even get the dead skin off my feet. THE WHOLE REASON WHY I WENT. The paint it self is nice but that's ridiculous not to file the nails or even get dead skin off for $60 damn dollars. So tired of paying over priced things and not getting the service you paid for. Please don't get me wrong, I don't mind paying $60 but for actual service that you actually are paying for. I didn't want to spent $60 just for paint on my nails. If so I could have done that myself. read more

Rude rude rude and did horrible on my nails! The gel polish is way to expensive so I asked for regular polish and the lady just kept piling later on layer and it was bubbly and thick. She had to keep fixing then told me regular is NO GOOD so I was like just do gel I didn't know it was that hard. The lady next to me had a rude nail tech as well. Idk my nail tech name she didn't tell me or speak to me. Tiffany was next to me and she was rude as well. The owner ended up fixing nails.
