All of my experiences at pickups/drop offs match what these other reviewers experienced.-- Reivews Dated : 9/15/2014 11/7/2011 1/8/2014 Ido not recommend this service to anyone. the owner clussie is operiating illegally. "clussie" does not screen any of his drivers. absolutley no training. most, if not all, of his drivers are not licesened chauffeurs. you are set out to start driving the day you show up. some drivers try to ask questions about the job and "clussie" becomes verbally abusive and condescending. at the same time he deflects important questions about the job when asked. he is taking advantage of people he hires to drive as well as customers by doing this. he asks if you have friends that want to drive?' when he has no one to cover. this means random people that arent screened in any fashion they simply show up at the yard where the vehicles are and start same day. just like me . there is absolutley no proof or guarantee that your driver has a background check, or even a drivers licsense. a simple verbal agreement on payment and they are out in the city driving. he refuses to pay me for a work week . i am now positive he has others he has not paid as well. if you use his service ask to see your drivers chauffer's licesne, as required by washington state dol. ask how and make sure for yourself that your driver is properly licensed and insured, and that your driver nor you are being exploited. I can back up other claims submitted by other people here on Yelp that correlate with my experience working. -Unfavorable buisness practices i.e:purposely declining to run credit cards convicning customers to pay cash up front by withdrawing fron the ATM - Asking drivers to pay for gas and carwash using their own personal funds -Lack of expected proper professioal communication between the driver and "Clussie" and passengers combined. -, changing prices - Dirty Vehicles. I was embarrased by the lack of simple cleansiness and maintenance in cockpit/console and passenger areas of the vehicle, primairly the suburbans and partybuss and vans. Used drink bottles collecting amongst other packaging waste and debris. to obtain a chauffeur's license in wa, you must: have passed a written examination. pass a criminal background check conducted by the washington state patrol. have a medical certificate verifying that you're physically approved to be a chauffeur. have successfully completed a training course approved by the department of licensing (dol). be at least 21 years old. have a washington driver's license. the department of licensing (dol) defines a sport utility vehicle as a vehicle which seats 3 to 6 passengers behind the driver, and possesses a minimum wheelbase of 116 inches. if you're going to be driving one of these as a professional chauffeur, all license requirements fall under the chauffeur category as described above. read more

After seeing the negative comments expressed, I need to set things right. It could be that incorrect expectations are the root cause, but the experience is totally different from ours. Could it be the competition speaking? We are picky consumers, and Blessed Limo has been our family's preferred limo service for the past 4 years. My parents love their quality service, promptness and quick follow up every time they use the limo service. My daughter will forever remember her prom night ride in that beautiful white stretch limo. Our family travel always gets a great start with a trouble-free ride to the airport, and ends with great satisfaction with a safe ride home. Drivers have always been punctual, professional, and goes the extra mile with our luggage and safety. They earned our trust and confidence. We have made late requests with short notice, and have always been accommodated with excellent service and attitudes. Our last use was just in December, and we will continue to use the trusted service. Cost is competitive, service surpasses other providers we have tried and not stayed with. My second experience riding in a limo, and I must say I could get use to it! The owners of Blessed Limo are professional and exhibited customer service with a flair! The van was clean; equipped and a smooth ride. The vehicle is very upbeat for those of you on the way to a graduation, wedding or games . . . it fits the entertainment atmosphere. Stay away from this limo company! He was referred by another affiliate whom also didn't see this coming. He ruined a Senior Homecoming for my regular clients by taking another last minute job which presumably paid more and had the audacity to block me and the clients from his phone system! Such amazing service! I had my 18th birthday party in a HUMMER LIMO with 20 people and everyone was so impressed by the ride! Our driver was so incredible as well... There were bottles of sparkling cider and no bottle opener so we told the driver and he went to a gas station and bought us one! The only bad thing was that it was so hot in there! The AC was on too so I'm not too sure what happened but overall I had such a fantastic night. :) read more

Great driver and the limo was on time. Limo was dirty, steering broken, and door lining was falling off. Apparently the prepaid 20% gratuity listed on the receipt for the driver was for the business. This was unclear in our communications. I will being paying another 20% gratuity in addition to the one prepaid. I'm not sure what the 20% gratuity for the business was. read more
