Here's my experience over the last four times I've ordered from here: - when I go into the store to pick up my online order, no one is at the front and there's no sounds from the kitchen. I have to peek around the corner to see her just texting or playing a game on her phone behind the wall. - The food isn't ready until 45min -1 hour after the pick up time estimated at purchase (Though not busy at all). In fact, when I arrive and let her know I'm there for my online pick up, that's when she says nothing and walks back to the kitchen to start cooking my order. Even still, after waiting in silence for 10 minutes (no other customers) not know what was going on, I had to shout back to the kitchen to ask if I should come back later! That's when I saw her on her phone again around the corner. She didn't tells me to come back in another 10 minutes. ... I did... 35 minutes later it was ready. - There's No acknowledgment of customers in the store. and she quite obviously doesn't care. A separate time I saw a family waiting in the store, then leave abruptly, stating they had been waiting for 25 minutes and she hadn't even come to the front to take their order. - straight up, the chicken is old. It tastes old and dry. The wings always come absolutely smothered, more than likely to cover up the fact that the chicken is old. I'm honestly surprised this place is still in business. I've seen no other employees besides her there and she doesn't care. If this place is franchised, the CEO of Wing Zone would be thoroughly pissed to see what is going on. I'll be very surprised if this Wing Zone doesn't go out of business soon. Which is a shame because it used to be fantastic. Now it's not even a shell of what it was since this woman took over. They need employees and a stiff lesson on Customer Service., Hell ANY customer service! Forgive me of this whole thing sounds a bit rambly. I've never been compelled to leave a bad restaurant review until now. I hope this gets fixed.

The Patty Melt came on a marbled rye bread. It was a good sized sandwich and it appears it double patties. The tater tots were plentiful, fried golden crisp and really good. No condiments came with the order but they did include some napkins and plastic cutlery. You can add cheese or other sauce options with your tots for a small up charge. I do recommend. Food is good and filling and items were packed carefully.
