The Blick brand acrylic paints located at the front of the store are marked one price and once you ring them up they show a different price. The clerk refused to honor the advertised price. Not a good customer experience. Not happy.

Utrecht is a great art supplies store that offers a lot of great quality stuff at fair prices.

The likeness with the original paintings is amazing. Every order is handled with professionalism, care, skill, and impeccable attention to every detail. The customer service is truly above and beyond. Many times, Sara and her team have bent over backwards to print and ship special orders in record time. Most of all, they have done so with incredible kindness, compassion, and generosity. I am so grateful for DAS and recommend them wholeheartedly. With heartfelt thanks, Katherine W.

Over the past 51 years, it had faded and lost the glory of it's setting at Maroon Bells. Each time I see it, it takes my breath away. Each time I see it, I experience the magic of the setting, the glorious colors of fall at the foot of the mountains and the first months of a true love, so beautifully protrayed by our friend Edward DeCross, the photographer. What a gift I gave myself . Thank you Barry, at Digital Art Studios. B Gray

I was visiting ATL for the weekend and wanted to visit some yarn stores so the Craftivist came up in my research. I saw that they host events for people to come in and work on their fiber arts a few times a week so this sold me on visiting! When I stopped in, I was greeted and there was space for me to sit down. I even got some help on my project. It was so nice to be community with people who love the fiber arts for a little while. I look forward to supporting their business since they also ship!

I recently had a private knitting lesson here…read more The instructor begin with telling me the different types of forms yarn comes in, ie. hanks, skeins and balls along with other information about knitting. After the introduction the instructor picked out a wood circular knitting needle for me. The reason for choosing the wood I was told it would help hold the yarn better for a beginner versus a metal needle. When it came time to choose the yarn I was told to make my choice from a small area. I picked a mustard yarn. The next day I received an invoice from the store because I didn't pay for the items. Silly me. I assumed because I was only allowed to pick out from a certain section that it was included with the lesson that I had paid for. Unfortunately, because the yarn I chose was quite small. It has been difficult as a beginner working with it. There have been a lot of starts and stops which I would expect but more so because of the size of the yarn. I have since learned as a beginner I should have a bulkier yarn. When I left that day, I had not gotten the hang of the cast on, or the knit stitch. Five minutes before the class was to end we had just finished casting on and that didn't leave much time for the knitting since the store was opening. Since taking the class I have been able to get the hang of the cast on and the knit stitch thanks to Sheep and Stitch on YouTube. I think the reason I didn't get the hang of it in the store was because of the teaching style. It just didn't mesh with my learning style. I would definitely recommend the classes to anyone here. Very professional staff. Because the yarn I ended up purchasing isn't good for beginners. I did call the store to see if I could exchange it, but I was told they would not accept it because it had already been wound. The staff was very nice. They were very helpful when customers came in.
