Customer service is great when they are not busy . On the weekends, it can look like a flea market with everyone trying to get a great deal. They have the fastest merchandise and the hottest styles for a discount store. On this visit, there were many employees restocking the shelves and they already seemed to be pretty full. I love their shoe selection and prices. Their men's department is not super big but there is a good variety. Their children's clothing and toys area seems to be their largest focus and it takes up a good part of the Marshall's side. There is only one checkout area for both Marshall's and Home Goods so the line gets very long at peak times which is why I try to get in before lunchtime to look for my bargain buys.

They had rows of different kinds of fabric. We found a row that had duck cloth, which we read about after we got home, that can be used for upholstery. We found a bolt that we both agreed upon and wanted to get a little swatch to see how it would look. It's not a manned area so you have to ring a desk bell and wait for someone to assist you. The girl that came to help us was very nice. She was the same girl I found in another part of the store and asked if they had fabric. She cut a piece for us and told us how much fabric we would need to reupholster 6 chairs. If the fabric looks good with our furniture, we'll be back!

Keep in mind this is an outlet and they are limited in what they get. Look out for specials and sign up for their mailing list which is a great way to know what will be offered and at what pricing. Parking at the mall can be a challenge, please know this before you go and know that it wasn't Frette's fault if you couldn't find a parking space close by. They also offer sleep products such as sleepware, pillows, and miscellaneous home products from time to time. If you follow care instructions your product should last and last and give you great satisfaction.

Made a large purchase a couple of weeks ago with multiple pieces of furniture including a bedroom…read moreset, living room, patio furniture etc. Two huge issues here that would make me beware of this place and not purchase from here again: 1. The tv stand was assembled upon delivery at my home. It is not stable and rocks- a slight problem with a tv on it. I called and was told customer service was being contacted for the repair tech to come out- that was 2 weeks ago. 2. The couch was delivered but I didn't notice it was a dark blue and not a gray color which according to the store is the only available option- well the manufacturer sent the wrong color or whatever but either way I was sent the wrong colored couch. Also had customer service needing to contact me- from 2 weeks ago. The sales person replies but is pretty much unhelpful. It's unfortunate that I was promised repairs if needed and a company that stands by their products- but they don't. Take your money else where for sure....
