We found a bolt that we both agreed upon and wanted to get a little swatch to see how it would look. It's not a manned area so you have to ring a desk bell and wait for someone to assist you. The girl that came to help us was very nice. She was the same girl I found in another part of the store and asked if they had fabric. She cut a piece for us and told us how much fabric we would need to reupholster 6 chairs. If the fabric looks good with our furniture, we'll be back!

Parking at the mall can be a challenge, please know this before you go and know that it wasn't Frette's fault if you couldn't find a parking space close by. The tv stand was assembled upon delivery at my home. It is not stable and rocks- a slight problem with a tv on it. I called and was told customer service was being contacted for the repair tech to come out- that was 2 weeks ago. 2. The couch was delivered but I didn't notice it was a dark blue and not a gray color which according to the store is the only available option- well the manufacturer sent the wrong color or whatever but either way I was sent the wrong colored couch. Also had customer service needing to contact me- from 2 weeks ago. The sales person replies but is pretty much unhelpful. It's unfortunate that I was promised repairs if needed and a company that stands by their products- but they don't. Take your money else where for sure....
