Spending over $2k this did not sit well with me. Contacting my sales rep and I was told one would be upgraded and replaced and the other she would contact the installers. That was over a month ago and no communication or response to my attempts to reach out. Apparently they are happy to take your money but not ensure they do a good job or that the blinds are fitted correctly. For the price I don't recommend going through this business.

I had an old style two bulb light fixture with a square diffuser which had seen its better days. With my recent decorations it stood out like a muskrat in a meercat clan. I purchased a small faux chandelier (called a sputnik) with six arms. I also purchased a set of 15W bulbs for it because the room is smallish, and I didn't want it to overwhelm the space. Mr. Mann came out and without hesitation gave me a fair price and installed it without incident. It was perfect. At first, we thought it might be too dim but after a few weeks with it, I find it is the perfect illumination for the room. Mr. Mann is the consummate professional and is very knowledgeable. I like his style and workmanship. I would recommend him for any handyman service you may need around your house.

We moved in March 2022 with the order being placed like January 2022 during the building process of the home. The wait to install the shutters ONLY was so long. He did not install them until like 8 months after moving in the home. There was a little production delay, but he told us it would only be like 2 months for the delay. Noah and John just completed an outstanding replacement of the awning over our Condo building…read moreentrance! The original awning lasted 18 years and we thought we couldn't replace it with the exact color, pattern, and material as the old one. I worked initially with April who was able to research and find the impossible, an exact match. Her work saved our Condo Association having to get a new approval from the City's Historical Society. Amazing! Tracey in the office coordinated the fabrication and installation logistics and it was a fast and flawless process! Noah and John arrived this morning right on time and removed the old awning, cleaned up the outside brick facade ready to receive the new one. The awning frame fabrication and welding and the application of the awning material itself was completed in their shop by Noah and John themselves, and again every detail was precise! They cleaned the area afterwards as though they had never been there and the Condo Association was happy to pay the balance in cash. The Project Manager told me that I should call him if we have any concerns whatsoever because their work is guaranteed.
