I've been getting my lashes done for many many years and I just go to this place when I don't book other places in advance and have to get a last minute appointment. But the price is the same as other places but quality isn't the same. Also, I had brown lamination scheduled for the same day (a Friday before long weekend) and my appointment was at 5p, just so to get there and be told that they didn't have the product. They could have called earlier and gave me the heads up so I could try to get an appointment somewhere else before my trip, but at 5p in a Friday? This place is a joke. No respect for the customer.

My lashes look natural, yet voluminous, and they last a long time. I was scarred by a home lash artist and I felt like my lashes were short/weak and I had pulled out strays from a previous set (this is a big NO NO, don't be like me). Thanh did a fantastic job on my new set and they looked great for my birthday party. Definitely is that no makeup look. I started with hybrid lashes and transitioned to volume fills. I loved every single one of my sets and she is really the best in the game. Her sets look so natural, not fake mega lash - so don't expect that from her. My retention was pretty good only because I listened to her instructions on proper lash care and I religiously washed my lashes with her lash shampoo. Thanh's attitude and demeanor made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. She is very easy to talk to and she also gives you space if you just want to relax. Her studio is bright, feminine, and the music and ambience make such a great setting. I will definitely go back to Thanh if I'm back in the area. Thank you, Thanh for the great service!

Typically, it's for an event or vacation and it always makes me feel so pretty and wake up feeling "ready to take on the world" with confidence. I ask for my lashes to look natural but pretty and she does them beautifully everytime. My favorite part- is she puts a warm blanket on me while I close my eyes and she does her lash magic on me! I'm very low maintenance and Tran never judges me for it. I don't even come back in to to get my lashes removed. After four weeks, they begin to shed and they just fall out one by one they still look nice. Longevity is great. I think next service I would like to try is a "lash lift", where she utilizes my existing lashes and gives it a baby perm and voilà, they can look nice and pretty for two months! Even lower maintenance?!? I guess another review coming soon!
