Urgh! I gave this place a third try before leaving a comment and the same has happened again. Within 3 days my lashes are almost half gone. I've been getting my lashes done for many many years and I just go to this place when I don't book other places in advance and have to get a last minute appointment. But the price is the same as other places but quality isn't the same. Also, I had brown lamination scheduled for the same day (a Friday before long weekend) and my appointment was at 5p, just so to get there and be told that they didn't have the product. They could have called earlier and gave me the heads up so I could try to get an appointment somewhere else before my trip, but at 5p in a Friday? This place is a joke. Ive been here a few times. Hit or miss experience. First time I had a great experience, the next times were ok. One of my appointments was cancelled last minute because the esthetician just decided to not show up, then I rescheduled it and was asked to reschedule again. The most recent time I visited, I left with a lot of glue in my eyelashes... at the end of the appt I told my esthetician there was a lot of glue in my lashes assuming she would remove it before I left but she just told me I could use my fingers to get it out. This was not the case the first time I came here and noticed some glue left, the esthetician did remove it so I've been having inconsistent experiences here. Photo is AFTER I got glue out for five min and realized I should take a photo. This time also my lashes didn't feel so lifted as other times I've visited. Other times were more noticeable, this feels like a curl. I was disappointed. read more

The first girl who did my lashes did not listen to what I wanted, which was a natural look. I ended up with WINGS on my eye and felt like a bug. To the business's credit, they told me I could come back to get them fixed, which I did. The second girl did a much better job and explained what she was doing more (maybe I should've asked for more explanation the first time). However, when I came back a third time for a fill, the girl doing them was confused because she said some of the lashes I had on were thicker than what they did here (which were the ones I got put on the first time). Went in for my first ever lash extensions. I'd done some research but obviously being new wasn't entirely sure what to expect. Got them done yesterday. Lash tech didn't cleanse my eyes before applying them. My eyes are irritated as hell, lashes have been poking me repeatedly and I've already lost three clusters even though I've been really careful with them. I should have bailed the second she said that, but like a dummy I stayed. In the end, my eyelashes were over processed and look terrible. They look crumpled, and now I have be in family pictures with eyelashes that look like tarantula legs. My first time here, the girl I had was nice but over processed my eyelashes. I debated coming back but felt I could base my experience off of one girl who didn't know what she was doing. I discovered there are different levels of stylists. I decided to come back again and went with Angel and she did an amazing job. Another lash lift and she was gentle, and really attentive to my eyelashes brushing and separating them often. She recommend serum to help my eyelashes from the last experience. I booked a lash lift and tint with Tabitha, and I wasted $140. My lashes weren't lifted and they are also uneven. I tried to talk to the front desk, and she told me that since it's a perm I have to wait until 8 weeks and rebook? My appointment was at 11am, and we finished at 11:40am.....when it's supposed to take an hour!! I love my lashes! Praises goes to Senior Stylist, Ellie! I asked for a more natural lash look with hybrid lashes AND she nailed it! She's gentle and thorough. I love their lounge beds, they are so comfortable that I fall asleep while she's working on my lashes. The music is wonderful as well! After my initial visit...I opted for the hybrid membership and it's well worth the two lash refill services a month. Definitely the best way to go! The booking system was not cooperating and I got double booked with two stylists. They called me, and I asked for one of the appointments to be canceled. The day of, I got a text asking me to come in earlier and go to a different stylist because of a scheduling conflict. When I got there, they only had time for two out of the three services I reserved and had no record of me reserving the third. The stylist I had been rescheduled with did not have time to do all three. Overhearing this conversation, another stylist offered to do all three services, if I wait a half an hour for her to be free. This was kind, but what she didn't mention is that she has less than a year of experience and is "trying to get better at brows," which she only told me as she was already applying stain to my brows. I ended up waiting about 45 min for her to be free. Overall, she and all the staff were very sweet, their beds were super comfy, and the experience was relaxing. However: - My lashes came out darker on one side. When I asked if she can even it out, she applied more stain, and that helped a bit, but they're not all thoroughly stained, and my bottom lashes are barely visible, and still darker on one side. I have very light lashes and brows and we discussed going with a natural shade for the brows and darker for the lashes. Even the lashes that did get some stain are barely, barely darker. So disappointing. - After fussing with my eyebrows, asking me if I thought what she drew on was symmetrical (it wasn't, but she fixed it after I pointed out where the difference between them was), suggesting we just leave the dye on my skin (looked awful, smeared, not at all something one would go in public with), ultimately washing everything off, I was left with one brow somewhat stained and the other not at all. When I pointed out that the one that had the stain on for longer was now darker, she told me my natural hair must just be darker on that side. It isn't. I will now have to use makeup to cover that up until it fades. - I regret getting the expensive lash lift and putting those chemicals on my lashes. Given how inexperienced she turned out to be, I worry this may have done damage. The lashes were barely stained, so there was no point in giving them a lift. - To their credit, they didn't charge me for the brow stain. Nevertheless, I spent good money and my entire Saturday afternoon for such disappointing results. - The very sweet front desk person asked how everything was. I said it was not at all what I wanted, but I appreciated the stylist trying. This was not at all acknowledged beyond, oh, I heard the brow tint didn't go well and we're not charging you for that. He couldn't have missed how my face looked. All in all, very sweet people, and I'm sure there are more experienced stylists that work there. I'm sure the stylist I had would've done better with someone who isn't quite so blond. I am surprised they let someone who is still learning just charge full price and work without supervision. When I talked to them on the phone before my appointment, I explained how blond I was and they reassured me their stylists were well equipped to work with that. That turned out not to be the case. I feel really disappointed - it took me a long time to get the courage to try this service and they really dropped the ball. read more

Started going here several months ago and after my latest experiences I'm done as a customer here. I was put with one of their newest technicians for my last appointment and she not only had tape stuck in my eye that caused irritation and a red line to be in my eye the next day (see photo), but the appointment went on way too long (two hours) and it physically hurt from all the poking and tugging at my lashes. Finally, for a hybrid lash appt and running way over with time- they should've been super full. Instead, they looked almost as though I had had nothing done- very sparse. I kept attempting to contact the manager - which took a long time and was difficult give that I could only reach the front desk and the manager wasn't calling me back for awhile. When we finally got on the phone I explained the situation and she apologized and said I could come in for a free refill to fix it. I scheduled the appt, and then kept getting calls and texts asking to change the time, which I did once. Then, when I came in today, I was put with the same lash technician. She did a much better job today- basically no issues and my lashes look good. However they refused to honor the offer of making this appointment free at the front desk- and said the manager was aware of this. So they either can't remember the promises they make to customers- or just go back on their word to just charge them as much as possible- i'm not sure which is worse. Either way, they lost my business for good tonight and I can't in good faith recommend them. I'll be getting my lashes done elsewhere from now on. read more

I actually love the table and neck/knees supports they use. I can barely get up from the table at other places. On to the lashes: best I've ever had! And I don't wake up to lashes turning into my eye. Christina was very thoughtful in examining my lashes and determining the length and thickness appropriate to maintain the health of my lashes and prevent the twisting and turning that results in lashes in your eye. I love the brow tint service. It's recommended it be done every 4 weeks. However the tint only last a few days. So I'm thinking about discontinuing the brow tint and sticking with the lash lift. The last brow tint came out perfect. However, as soon as I wash my face the tint fades. Overall disappointing it doesn't last for 4 weeks. read more

I was thinking about whether or not I should post this review since I never actually was able to get a service from them. But decided to proceed to comment as this is a cautionary tale. I booked my lash lift appointment 3 weeks ahead of time, and confirmed the appointment two days prior. I specifically picked this date and time as it was the only time that worked for me before my baby shower. I just wanted to feel good about myself and look nice for a special occasion in my life. An hour before my appointment time, I get a call from Lash lounge to inform me that they had run out of the special solution for the lash lift and could no longer service me that day. Blame the third trimester hormones but it nearly put me in tears. I was looking forward to this all week and so to say I was disappointed with such an absolute miss in logistics on their end, is an understatement. The person I spoke with felt terrible and tried their best to remedy things by offering another date (nothing worked) and also a discount on getting their most natural set of lash extensions (I was only interested in lash lifts). I give 2 stars just for her trying so hard. It's incredible to me that a salon that is solely dedicated to lash services can have such a big miss in inventory management that they were only able to notice an hour before an appointment, that they ran out of something. This just doesn't happen with other places. I hope the owner is taking more steps to ensure this never happens again in the future. I would have been a reoccurring customer and now I will never try to go here again and will tell others to avoid as much as possible. The low star reviews here clearly show many disgruntled customers. I recommend Wink Studio or Rituals by Kat for way better service. read more

I had an amazing experience at Lash Lounge today (Rockridge location). Christina P. was my person, I was running late and she still made time for me, which I greatly appreciate. I'm a hairstylist so I understand how one person being late can throw off your entire schedule so I'm grateful for her still making the time. My lash extensions are beautiful and natural looking, which is exactly what I was looking for. She was also very helpful with assisting me in picking the right lash length and style that was for my eye shape and comfort level because I don't like super dramatic eye lashes but did want a little pop. Lol Next time I will go a little fuller but happy I chose classic / full to start with. You ladies will love this place! The receptionist is super sweet and attentive. I was excited to find a lash lounge in this area that is conveniently close to where I live with a relaxing environment. I enjoyed my first set and decided to become a member for a monthly fee which in the long run is a pretty great deal. After my second refill, I noticed that literally after FOUR days, my lashes were falling out. I have never had this experience prior to coming to this lounge. After two weeks, I have no lashes. By the time of my refill, it's literally like they have to start over. I will say that the customer service is superb. Every time there is an issue or I have had to reschedule, they are very accommodating. They will be doing another refill complimentary after only a few days of my lashes falling out. They require a minimum of 3 months for the membership, however after my membership I will be cancelling. I give them 2 stars simply for the environment and the excellent staff. It is a shame because I was looking at spending a little more to have the hybrid extreme which is the most expensive membership. read more
