I love coming into the studio because it sits on top of a coffee shop and the whole building smells so sweet and adds to the cozy feeling in the studio. Pro-tip: schedule your next few appointments ahead of time, as they can get pretty busy. + Communication and professionalism: Shireen always responds promptly and kindly to my messages. She's super professional, cool, and her attention to detail when applying lashes is just incredible. + Ambience: the music Shireen plays is always on point! My lashes look natural, yet voluminous, and they last a long time. Jessica responded pretty quickly, which is one part of customer service that I absolutely admire. She was able to give me the time & day I was looking for (which was the only time & day I was available). I go in and everyone working there was so warm and welcoming, which to be honest, it's pretty hard to find nowadays. I sat down, adjusted my chair and Jessica started working on my eyelashes.
