I feel that every time I come in to get my eye brows threaded the only person that does the threading which is Leila the owner is always to important to high on her high horse to care and listen to what I want and how I want it. I mean I am a paying customer right? Leila is always very quick to attack my eye brows and starts threading them almost immediately as soon as I lay down. She never allowing me( the customer) to express what I came in for and what I want. Its like she is to busy and to important to care. I hope to remember what disrespectful some are and what unprofessional service many who work here provide. The woman I had today had pink eye with mucus in her eye that she went to wipe off, but clearly she was sick. She had a mask on for another client and was sneezing, but did not wear her mask when working on me. She wiped her nose on her arm and proceeded to give me my manicure. At the end of my manicure, she slapped lotion on my hand, and didn't even bother rubbing it in. I had to rub it in myself... The gentleman with the tattoos is never professional and is very heavy-handed with a Dremel as he proceeds to file your nail beds down. . I have refuse letting him work on me ever since he drilled almost through my nail bed down to the quick. As my nail grew out, it broke into the quick. Very painful both in the salon and when my nail broke into the quick from where he weakened my nail. It seems most people who work there act like they're doing you a favor instead of the fact that you are trying to keep them in business by giving them a chance. Never, ever again!
