The stylist who I spoke to suggested that I make an appointment with Cida based on my hair type. I have been with Cida ever since! She is a phenomenal stylist! She has always encouraged me to try different things if she feels the style is appropriate for my hair type, but she also discourages me if she doesn't think what I'm asking for will work. On top of being such a wonderful stylist, she is an awesome human being with whom I enjoy chatting during my haircuts. She is the best!

When I called today to make a simple hair cut with style appointment, the person that took my call was completely rude and snotty. Instead of asking me a simple question like "who is your regular stylist?", I got a laundry list of questioning; what is your length (normal question), what is your style, what is your texture - curly, wavy, or straight, then started repeating at the beginning...what is your length? When I said I already told you, that's when she starting lecturing me how much of a difference ALL of that detail would make for my making an appointment. This low IQ person decided my business wasn't nescessary and the owner didn't care anyway. Is this salon so desperate to book every single second of their time? All I wanted was a trim for shoulder length hair. Message to owner: Take some time to train whomever is answering your phones on providing good customer service. It should not be this difficult to book a hair cut. And especially to be treated so rudely by your staff!
