I've been into this salon several times, same stylist and never had trouble making an appointment before. When I called today to make a simple hair cut with style appointment, the person that took my call was completely rude and snotty. Instead of asking me a simple question like "who is your regular stylist?", I got a laundry list of questioning; what is your length (normal question), what is your style, what is your texture - curly, wavy, or straight, then started repeating at the beginning...what is your length? When I said I already told you, that's when she starting lecturing me how much of a difference ALL of that detail would make for my making an appointment. This low IQ person decided my business wasn't nescessary and the owner didn't care anyway. Is this salon so desperate to book every single second of their time? All I wanted was a trim for shoulder length hair. Message to owner: Take some time to train whomever is answering your phones on providing good customer service. It should not be this difficult to book a hair cut. And especially to be treated so rudely by your staff! read more

I have had problems scheduling my appointments. I make my appointments before I leave for my next visit. I was told there was no appointment available for the date I requested. The girl at the desk said well the snow birds are back so it is busy here. I live here full time so I come in here every 6 weeks. Front desk person was caring,polite and really went above and beyond to find the first available opening for me. Lisa the aesthetician tha is professional,knowledgeable and a caring person who does her job with passion. She looked at my skin and adjusted the treatment according to my skin condition, age and goals. She solved my on going skin troubles in minutes!!!! She uses high quality organic products. My skin looks and feels healthy and nourished. While there I also schedule a Brazilian Blowout Treatment for my hair. The front desk person was great again. My hair appointment was scheduled for next day!!!! Wahoo,felt so lucky that I was able get an appointment for my hair too. I just got the Brazilian Blowout Treatment done by Jaclyn. My hair feels healthy,looks shiny and smooth. She inspected my fine European hair before the treatment and let me know what result I can expect. I used to go here when the girl that did my hair was still there . She left and so I tried another person . Today I went my hair was shorter than it's ever been. And they charged me almost $200 for cut color and PARTIAL foils last time it was pricey but this time was way to expensive. This isn't New York or Los Angeles it's small town Florida. The woman did a great job on my hair. I will admit that . But $200 is too expensive to go there every 6 or so weeks that's more than some people make in a week at a job . I just had the absolute worst experience at this salon and I feel the need to warn people about it before they waste big money like I'll need to getting my hair fixed now. So New Year's Eve day I went in to go much blonder like I do when a season changes and I was feeling a change, especially with a trip coming up. I wanted some some BIG BRIGHT BLONDE with contrasting lowlights. The first photo is what my color was when I walked in, the second is the color I showed them that I wanted. Well when I walked out of my chair my hair had somehow lost all contrast I had and had gotten so much darker (third photo with NYE tiara on)! I was visibly upset (literally crying because it was nothing like I wanted) and they said I could come back with someone they considered GREAT. So now I'm back with her for second the visit. I get out of the chair 3 hours later, I'm even darker than when I walked in (4th photo)! There's more lowlight than highlight, I have contrast but my hair is super dark now. I also asked for lots of blonde in front with face framing highlights, but somehow not only did they both not give me any of that, but the ones I came in with were low-lighted! I thought that was hairdressing school 101, give face framing highlights to accentuate the face. When I was visibly unhappy (again) they said if my hair was any blonder it would be damaged and I would have to sign a waiver, what?! If you couldn't get my hair the color I asked for why did you waste my time and money? Then when I said my hair has been highlighted for 21 years without incident they started blaming it on supplements I was taking, which is none. I just wanted to go home so I could find someone to fix my hair at this point, and they end up charging me $175!! What a joke. I just don't think this salon has the talent, capability or products to get your hair blonde. The last photo is how blonde I was for years, never had an issue with getting blonde, on the first try. I went in this afternoon to get a manicure. I had told the nail technician that I wanted acrylics with gel. I also showed her what I wanted. Problem #1 is that she stated she doesn't do "designs" but we could add a sticker.. Problem #2 is that she stated she did not do acrylics because she is "allergic" and problem #3 was she told me we could do something else instead if wanted to. Um no. I come in and expect a nail technician to know how to actually do nails and not tell me what she prefers as far as polish goes. I also expect there to be someone else that can do what I want if someone that is working in this field is "allergic" to acrylics. I was HIGHLY disappointed and could not even believe they let me walk out the door upset. I was invited to come in for a free consultation before my appt so appointment day I knew what to expect. I am so happy with my hair. The cut is better than expected and the color is perfect. This salon and my stylist Bailey were a huge disappointment. Requested highlights and a cute. My hair turned orange with uneven highlights and it took her three tries at making the haircut even. When the receptionist asked how much of a tip I wanted to leave, I told her (lucky she even got a tip at all) and then she yelled out how much my tip was and then rolled her eyes. Not only was the stylist bad, the receptionist was rude and provided the worst customer service. It didn't help that this lady was yelling at the staff during this 3 hour appointment that should have been an hour and a half. Do not go! read more

Had an appointment for a lash lift booked today. Showed up 5-10 minutes early and sat in the waiting area after checking in. Nearly 30 minutes later I was still sitting there so I went to ask what was going on. It was then that I was notified that the lash technician wasn't working today. So I had never been called to cancel, drove all the way down there, sat for an additional 20 minutes and only found out that I wasn't getting anything done because I finally asked again. Terrible. The worst haircut I have ever had in my life. It is a nice salon and perhaps other stylists are good, however, I specifically asked for someone that cut short hair with an edgy side. Little did I know that the stylists idea of an edgy side was to freakin scalp me and I am NOT exaggerating. I would avoid EVER having Wayne cut your hair! And, their price on their site stated $35. The nail salon is a joke. They have some polish line that no one has ever heard of. You have about 20 super boring colors to choose from. Why they don't get with the times and carry OPI is beyond me. The new pedicure chairs are so uncomfortable, you have to sit straight up like you are in catholic school. No offer of water or coffee so bring your own. I had polish all over cuticles and was one of the worst polish jobs ever. The attitude of the front staff is ridiculous and they should really be focused on their customers and not talking about their evening and letting people stand there waiting to check out. For $43.00 a good polish job and a glass of water should be standard. I won't go back. Find another place read more

This review is long overdue. The amazing Kristen Haines did an outstanding job with my son's 1st haircut. She did so well I refused to have his hair cut by anyone else, which means he had to wait another 6 months until he saw her again since she lives on the other side of the country! Kristen is a mom herself and understands the dynamic of having a squirmy little one in a chair - she'll work with their personality so they don't even realize they're getting a haircut. It's magic! i had my hair done by a new dresser...It was great...next appointment couldn't get an appointment with original dresser...new dresser was ok...she couldn't find my origianal recipe for my color...she did a good job on my hair...but charged me $50 to just trim my ends...was not a full haircut. I returned with original dresser last week...she did not do my hair the same as first visit..and was pretty snotty...she screwed up my hair...totally different from the first time...she rushed through my blow dry and flat iron...my hair looked like crap...I am the customer..I gave her a huge tip...I did not realize how bad a job she had done until I got home...she calls herself a master hairdresser...she is not. This salon has been extremely disappointing for me. I used to go for massage until the last two times I was scheduled, they cancelled me within an hour of the appt because the masseuse didn't show up. I got a pedicure one time, it was uncomfortable seating and they used a foot soak bucket (similar to what you buy at Walmart) so the water was cold also. They had a very limited amount of colors to choose from, so it's best to take your polish with you. Yesterday I decided to give them another try, so I left a message to find out the cost of a spiral perm. This morning I get a phone call stating "we have someone that can do your perm, she is here today and has availability at 9:45am. Before she can quote you she needs to see your hair first, I said I would stop by now so she could see it, then be back there by 9:45 for the perm, the person on the phone stated "ok, so do you want me to schedule you for 9:45? I arrived at 9am for what I understood to be the consult. When I arrived, the lobby was empty, the receptionist was on the phone, then another phone rang and she answered that asking the caller to hold. She finished with the first caller, then took the 2nd caller before acknowledging me. I waited approx. 5 min. only for her to say, oh she's with someone now, she can't see you. I told her that I must have misunderstood because the way she explained it to me sounded as though I had an appt. For a perm at 9:45. She should've been clearer and had she been listening to me, she would've known I was on my way now for a consult. Bottom line is that I cancelled and refuse to go back. read more
