We've also never had to order flowers so we told Janae to surprise us and boy did she. She was able to get the two arrangements completed and delivered with just over 24 hours notice. Not to mention several other arrangement for friends and family. The arrangements were breath-taking and you could see the care she put into them! He also guaranteed me that there would be the other 2 main flowers in the color that I ordered. Upon arrival, none of the 3 main flowers were in the bouquet. It was filled with mostly filler flowers of lesser value, and in a completely different vase than the one that was ordered. It looked decent, but was nothing like the bouquet I paid for. I did not appreciate being lied to you, especially after they had 1 out of 3 main flowers that were needed in the fridge. He offered me only 1. The photo of the upgraded bouquet I paid for had at least 5 of them. No thank you! Still waiting on my $87 refund. Decent looking flowers if you can actually get what you paid for. Customer service definitely lacking. If you don't have what we paid for, please be honest with your customers so they can look elsewhere. Especially while in mourning. A little sympathy goes a long way. So disappointing. Luckily, we found exactly what we were looking for with another local florist.
