Quinn and Sonya did such an amazing job on our toes today. We only got the basic gel pedi, but wow was the massage and hot towel the bees knees. What made our experience so wonderful, though, was how personal Quinn and Sonya were. It was like getting a pedi done by a friend. Been getting my nails done at Bliss for over a year now and I can honestly say this is the best nail tech place in Eagle, Boise, and Meridian. The staff is super talented. I have been seeing Tanya for over a year and she'd helped my nails grow long and strong- they used to be super flimsy and weak but we've worked to undo the damage other nail techs have done! Service very nice and professional. For a BASIC gel pedi with fancier (?!) polish and a $10 tip it was $70. It was nice but I can't afford to go back. Forgot to mention that the technician applied the gel pretty far from The cuticle so it already looks like it's grown out 3 weeks. Not happy. read more

Very unprofessional. Talking shit behind customers back. We came to get multiple services done and to be pampered. I had enough during my first service. I was ready to leave. I told them I was very unhappy with them for talking shit behind our backs. Their reponse was do you know what she said? Her response was not in a calm tone either. They have an amazing selection of colors and all the ladies working there were so welcoming which hasn't always been my experience in other salons! I paid Bliss over $130 thirteen days ago for myself and my 7yr old granddaughter to have Gel pedicures. The polish wore off two of my granddaughters toes within a week. I stopped by Bliss today and asked that the two nails be repainted. Bliss originally told me they would fix her nails and I made an appt for next Monday. Bliss just called me and told me 3weeks is all they guarantee Gel for a child. I didn't argue that it had not been 3 weeks yet, but with their lack of good customer service it wasnt worth my time. Had they honored their word in fixing the two nails, I would have been a happy customer and continued doing business there. However, if they don't value customers and provide quality services, I'll spend my money elsewhere. I would not recommend this business read more

Warning! They will start clipping off your fingernails for a service you have not okayed before you know what has happened! I brought my soon to be daughter-in-law in for a regular manicure a couple of days before her wedding and apparently the look she wanted could only be done on acrylics. She was not aware of that and before she knew what was happening, they had already cut her fingernails for acrylics. She had only okayed a regular manicure, she does not even like gel polish much less a full set of acrylics! She never had a chance to say no before her nails were cut! She would have just done a light pink instead of the ombre if she knew that required acrylics. Before she was taken back we confirmed that the appointment was for 2 regular polishes and 1 gel manicure. After her nails had been cut, she was left with little choice about what to do prior to her wedding. We did not say anything at the time due to pre-wedding jitters and did not want to stress her any more and at that point there was nothing that could be done to fix her nails before the wedding. I went in to talk to management and requested a refund for the service that we did not ask for. I was told that I came in too late for the refund as it was 27 days after the service. The refund would have been a nice gesture on their part but would not have fixed her nails for the wedding and would not fix the mess that she has now trying to grow out a set of acrylics that she never wanted! Talking to them the day of service may have resulted in a refund but it would not have fixed my daughter-in-law's nails for her wedding. I went in and talked to a manager thinking that they would care about losing a regular customer. Not only would they not give a refund, no offer of any kind of compensation was offered. There was no apology and when I told her that I had come in to talk to her instead of leaving a review, she didn't care. She said she would just say I came in 27 days after the service and could not get a refund. The point here is not whether I got a refund or when I notified them of the problem. It is that they cut off my daughter-in-law's fingernails, when she had been growing them out for her wedding, before she knew what was happening! The combination of this with managements response solidified that I won't be going back. read more
