The two times I've come here I called ahead and made an appointment. Both times I arrived early and both times had to wait an hour before I was finally served. The younger nail tech is quite rude and dismissive and when I got a pedicure they didn't finish polishing my nails. For the price of the services, I would've expected my nails to last longer than one week, but that was not the case. All in all I won't be coming back, especially for the prices that they charge for mediocre service. read more

I had an awful experience here today. I had a 2:15 appointment for a manicure and pedicure, but ended up waiting over 30 minutes. When I was finally seated, an elderly man--who could barely move--began working on my nails. I sat in the chair for over two hours while he struggled to remove my gel polish, using a drill that left my nails paper thin and painful. I had to flag down the owner to stop him because he continued filing even though I was visibly in distress. She admitted he was overworked and quickly painted my nails herself--but even then, she became irritated when I politely asked her to make sure the polish covered my entire toenail. I never even received the manicure I had booked. Despite everything, she still charged me and only gave the standard 10% discount that everyone gets. Later, I was so upset and in pain that my boyfriend called the salon. The owner said she'd give a refund or discount "as charity," which was incredibly dismissive. I paid through Venmo--but she never issued a refund and ended up blocking me there. I'm now processing a formal complaint through Venmo. This place is extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. It seems to be run by someone who is overworking her elderly parents, and that alone is deeply concerning. I left in tears, and my nails are damaged. Went in to get my acrylic nails removed and instead of filing down the nail and using acetone the lady started ripping the acrylic off, when I told her that hurt she said something along yeah it's going to hurt to remove them, until I told her to use the acetone. Another time I went in to get a pedicure and in grown removed and she used the same cuticle cutters on me that she had just used on another client. Pretty nails, yes, but sanitation wise I wouldn't risk it. read more

This was the BEST pedicure I have ever received. The vibe was chill, the staff were kind, attentive, and accommodating, the available spa services in the packages are top notch, and are delivered with care. We chose the CBD oil massage, and were lotioned, potioned, massaged, hot-stoned, paraffined, and overall, well taken care of from the moment we walked in. They also brought around snacks and offered a range of soft drinks and white or red wine. GO and treat yourself or someone else. Will definitely be back when we are in Boise. I came in for an early morning pedicure and was met by the owner. She was pleasant and courteous. The facility was clean, really pretty and uses beautiful smelling lotions and scrubs. This is not and rush job service. She took her time with the massage and I even received paraffin wax with gel polish(customary $10 up charge . ) It came out to $60 which I was really happy with based on my experience. I was absolutely not impressed with this place. I walked in and at first thought, "Nice!" I was taken to the back, where I saw a ton of mud chunks on the floor that were there long enough they had dried. I was seated at a manicure spot that was covered in nail dust used tools. It made me ask the question, "How do you clean your tools?" And one of the owners actually turned around and yelled at me. Not snippy, or anything, but literally yelled at me while gesturing around with a nail cutting tool being waved around as well. She yelled and asked me what I thought their lounge looked like, did it LOOK dirty?! Well... aside from the mud on the floor and all the nail dust before me, maybe it was okay. I actually got up and left before they could touch me. Side note... she never did tell me how they cleaned their tools. The choice is yours, but I won't step foot in there again. read more

Came in with my wife today as a walk in and WOW is this place beautiful!!! We were impressed right away. Everyone was really kind too. I got a pedicure and my feet feel amazing. Best massage I've had at one of these places hands down, never going anywhere else again. This one chick in a chair a few down from us looked so relaxed I thought she was going to start drooling! Sadly the lady jumped up and tried to scam the owner, screaming and being a mess. But the owner was still calm and sweet the whole time! I wouldn't have been haha Anyway they had free sodas and water too, plus wireless chargers on the biggest comfiest massage chairs you've ever seen! A MUST GO. read more

came in here for the first time today and had a GREAT time! My husband and I got pedicures that were perfect - the massage is to die for and my toes look so cute. It was so good I ended up adding a full set acrylic manicure which was also PERFECT. My nails are to die for! The place is so beautiful inside and out as well. You wouldn't expect it to be so big from the outside! Lots of drink options and nice places to relax. Huge comfy massage chairs too. I was treated so well even though this "Annie" chick started being a pain half way through. That girl was basically asleep loving her massage then when she got up she tried scamming the owner for a lower rate. Which the owner gave her. First impressions matter. Not sure if the front desk person was the owner but the man was definitely not welcoming. He was not friendly but direct and rude. Then the place was a creepy quiet, not a spa relaxed quite. The pedicure massage was awful, polish quality was fair minus, the lady didn't even use dividers and got polish on my skin (never even cleaned it off), the oil they use on your skin/toes is slimy and gross. I've made appointments multiple times not that it matters because when I get there, I end up waiting at least 30 to 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before I'm even seen. The latest appt that I went to there was to get a manicure and a pedicure. I am not really familiar with getting my nails done because of the type of work I do but for vacation I wanted to get them done. I asked for gel because anytime I get acrylic. They never last long and I just prefer to have gel. When I sat down with the lady and told her what I wanted, she started to put acrylic tips on my nails and acrylic powder and I asked her if this was going to be gel because that's what I had asked for she got mad with me and said that She already started to do acrylic so she'll just do acrylic and I asked her how much the charge would be and she says it's about the same and it ended up being more than what the gel was. When she continued doing the acrylic and shaping my nails as she was about to start doing designs, I asked her to please straighten out my nails. I know that I don't have the straightest fingers and I preferenced that but my nail with the acrylic and tip was doing a near 90° And asked her to please straighten it out. She told me that my fingers just are naturally like that so she's just going with the flow of my nails. I told her previously that when I've gotten nails done before they were able to make it look straight and this wasn't a problem before . She looked at me frustrated and in a rude tone said she was not done, which I understand but she was about to put on the next layer for actual design so it looks like she was. I was very nice about it. I don't like confrontation so I just went along with it. Then she started to make comments and asked me if this was the first time I've ever gotten nails done because I asked too many questions and then she said that she'll try her best to do my nails, but as she was doing it she was getting acrylic all over my fingers and just expecting me to know what comes next. When it came to color I asked her to get it as close as the photo because I wanted a deep red, but not bright red. She then proceeded to bring out the lightest red that I've ever seen and I asked her if she could get the one that was displayed on the fingertip painted nails that they provide for you to look at before you have your appointment She said that she couldn't do that but the owner who is sitting next to her pointed out that they did have it and she needed to go into the back to get it. She then heavily side and then got it, and I was able to get the color that I wanted, but she was mumbling under her breath the whole time she was doing it and it was just very rude overall. I've gone there before for a pedicure so I know that they can be good but when I sat down to get my pedicure, they left me alone because they were trying to juggle two other clients with me even though I was there first. She was in a rush to do it, but it wasn't as bad as me getting my nails done. Unfortunately, it wasn't until I got home that I realize that she forgot to put topcoat on two of my nails and it's very obvious because the top coat gives it a shine and protection. Honestly for the amount that I paid for both a manicure and pedicure the service was not up to par, I was recommended by my sister who says that she likes the vibe of the place and the person who does her nails who I believe is the owner. Overall, I will not be going back there. I thought that I found a good nail place, but with the lack of awareness of a client's time when they specifically chose an appointment time for a reason and then doing below average quality service on nails that you're paying hard earned money for it is unacceptable. read more

They got me in same-day at my preferred time. Lots of parking & easy to find. Salon is beautiful, from the outside landscaping to the interior decorations & amenities. The staff were kind, friendly, and thorough. Massive amount of Gel color options too. A fabulous stand-out from a regular/"typical" good nail salon experience. The chairs were so comfortable, and I actually relaxed (uncommon when people work on my feet! Even at my regular salon back home!!!). Got the basic spa pedicure with Gel, and the service felt like a luxury! The hot towel was HOT and felt amazing, my tech stretched my arches, and don't even get me started on the massage (it was amazing). $60.00 with $10 of that being a tip, SO reasonable for the quality & attention to detail. I made an appointment the very next day for a Gel manicure. Honestly, I tend to keep my expectations low when I need a service while traveling (i.e. clean/sanitary salon, the techs not cut my cuticles/hurt me, etc.).... And this salon just re-set my expectations! - I wish I lived in-town so this could be my regular spot. Hope if you're reading this, you can give Eagle Beauty Lounge the business I can't.... Nice people and they work hard. I believe they over booked themselves. I sat with my feet in the tub for 45 minutes before getting help. My water was cold at this time. The older gentleman gave my feet and legs a soft rub not a massage. The actual pedicurist stepped in at the end and cut my nails and did not file or shape them. I'm a stickler when it comes to professional service businesses that do not adhere to state required state boards sanitation and cleaning protocol. This place is top-notch regarding all of the implements they use for their nail care and pedicures. All tools are sanitized and sterilized properly. They are very efficient, talented, and most importantly they listen to what it is that you want, they don't rush you, and provide excellent service. I highly recommend this establishment. read more
