Once time stayed open well beyond closing to do my nails before I had to leave the next morning for a wedding. Very polite and clean. This was by far the best pedicure I have ever had! Mimi did my pedicure and was absolutely amazing. You never know when you go somewhere new what kind of service you'll be getting. I hop around because I want nail care, relaxation and customer service. This place offered all. Quiet relaxing environment. Professional staff that only spoke to each other when they needed to, not to gossip...its easy to tell the difference. Fantastic massage paying attention to real issues with muscles and such, not just rubbing some cold lotion on you for 13 minutes. My paint job was almost perfect, but one of my big toe nails was uneven, she happily fixed.it when i brpught it to her attention. If this is how they continually run business I'm becoming a regular. This salon was great! They speak English, are very detailed oriented and they are patient and spend time with you. Prices are about average with other salons. AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! We were afraid that my daughter would not be to get in to get her nails done because it was Saturday and she did not have an appointment. This place is fantastic. I went for the very first time today and the Spa Pedicure is the most amazing thing. You get a foot bath that smells minty, and then a clay mask with hot towels on your legs, and a fantastic leg and foot massage. It's so relaxing. And the price is entirely reasonable. read more

Happy with nails except they didn't let me wash my hands after acrylics. I had to leave with dusty gross hands. I was also told I couldn't use my credit card. They wanted a check but to not address it to anyone. Took 3 weeks to cash my check and they addressed it to someone's name. Uneasy about that. read more

This place is awesome. I go here for the spa pedicure, and I have been happy with the results each time. They are a little pricier than some places, but it's worth every penny. The quality of the pedi, and the length of attention you receive makes it a great experience. The extensive leg/foot massages that come with the spa pedis are amazing. I came in for a polish change and left disappointed. They changed technicians mid way and when I asked they said they had to take their appointments. Well if you had an appointment then why did you start working on me?!? The second person did a horrible job. When I asked them to clean all the polish that they got on my toes, I was told it's on my cuticles and since didn't get them cut they could get them clean. Really?!? The place is clean, the tools are sterilized in an autoclave (the only way for sterilization!), and the employees are genuinely polite. I recommend LeAnn for manicures. My mom (I don't know why) went back to get her acrylics removed. Instead of having her soak them in acetone, the woman took a sanding tool straight to my mom's nails and not only sanded off her acrylics but got rid of most of my mom's actual nail beneath. Trust me, I know that your nails are supposed to be weak and brittle after taking off the fake ones, but this was completely different. I had her put on a strengthening treatment for a few weeks which helped some, but it still looked like her nails had fallen off. She ended up going somewhere else and getting new acrylics. read more

Let me start by saying the good things about this nail spa. Everyone was very nice, the place was well decorated, I loved the curtains in between the pedicure chairs for privacy, and I enjoyed the massage very much. What I did not like at all is how they charged me extra for services without my permission! I had a chipped toenail and the man said let me fix that for you. I thought how nice of him. He never once asked me if I'd like to pay $5 extra for him to fix it or never said I can fix this for $5! That is shady! That is not allowed! You would never go to a restaurant and have a waiter just put bread on your table without you ordering it or without you giving your permission to pay for it if it costs extra. They also charged my mother $5 extra for removing her nail polish with a file and without informing her or asking her. They can't just add extra stuff to your bill without asking you first. I had no idea I was being charged extra and therefore gave a nice tip...then I was hit with an even higher bill than advertised. I ended up spending way too much money on a so so pedicure. Not ok. I will never go back there again. read more

I cannot for the life of me understand why anyone would go to any other nail spa in Flo Mo. This place is AH-MAZING. I can't speak for gel nails, etc. I've only ever had a mani/pedi. They have 3 different levels of pedicures here. I always choose the spa pedicure (the middle one). It is $34, and so worth every single penny. I have friends that go to another salon for the package deal $35 mani/pedi. Pay the money to come here. I promise it is worth it. They think of everything. Dim lights, curtains between you and the person next to you for privacy. They use a scrub, mask, warm towels, "cheese grater" if needed for callous treatment. All included as part of your treatment (no added cost). And if that isn't wonderful enough, they give you a 30minute leg massage that is heaven on earth. It's long enough that you can fall asleep. I convinced my husband to come with me. The women treated him like he was a king (which he did not mind one little bit.) If you haven't been here, you need to give them a try. This is the best place I have EVER gone to for mani/pedis. You won't be disappointed! read more

Since this is a rare treat for us, we wanted to find the best location possible, and Yelp did not disappoint! Even walking in the door, we could see that this was a clean, calm establishment with a very polite receptionist. Our techs were Long and Mimi, who provided very professional service to us. We chose the Spa Pedicure (which I highly recommend) and were given a full-service treatment, lasting an actual hour. They took their time with each step of the process, making sure that we were comfortable and relaxed.
