Excellent customer service! They take pride in their work. I got a regular mani and pedi and didn't realize that I messed up one of my toe paint. One of the employees came out to see my friend off and he noticed it right away and asked me for 5 minutes of my time and re- did what was messed up. Venezia Nail Spa is the best nail salon I've ever been to. First and foremost, it is CLEAN. Secondly, the staff is super accommodating. The moment you walk in, you have someone helping you check in and select what services you want. And then, they do a great job at helping you find a color. And you always, ALWAYS have someone hold the door for you on the way out. Get ready to be treated like royalty. Thirdly, their technicians know what they're doing. They hire only the best. Penny is my personal favorite, because she is fun, kind, and keeps it lively and very good technically, and Deann, Luis, David, Tammy, and Alex are all wonderful people and technicians. Fourthly, their prices are surprisingly low. I'd pay higher for the same services somewhere else, but not get treated like a princess. So to summarize, this place is the best! read more

The salon was well lit. They had a great selection of nail polish and types of services. They offered snacks and drinks which was great for my daughter. The women who did our nails did an excellent job. They had a hostess walking around checking in on the customers regularly. I thought that was a nice touch. Walked into this new nail salon not sure what to expect--was the offered a "cold" white wine in a real wine glass and knew I was in for a treat. The space is beautiful, the team was all smiles, and the vibe was so welcoming, music relaxing . I got the Lavender Package mani-pedi, and Tammy & Sophia made me feel like I was the only girl in the place. I LOVED my nails and toes, and the attention to detail they put in! I could not recommend this place enough. I'm very picky about nail salons in regard to cleanliness and customer service and Venezia hit the ball out of the park. Steven at the front was helpful from the second I walked in, providing the upmost customer service. Deann who did my nails was so kind, efficient, and my nails look AMAZING. They offered me a beverage and also put a hot neck pillow around my neck during the nail service. It was absolutely spotless in there and I even saw someone wipe down the chair after the customer next to me got up and left. I will be back, no doubt about it! read more

5 star treatment at this beautiful nail salon! From the moment I called to make an appointment, to when I first walked up, Venezia Nail Spa and its employees did not disappoint. The 5 star yelp reviews make complete sense and they're deserving of the good reviews. First, the technician Penny (whom they recommended when I called to make an appt): I am extremely picky about my pedicures. I chose the Lavender pedi + gel. I may be an outlier (don't come after me) but quite honestly I am not as concerned about lengthy foot and leg massages. I am picky about the thoroughness, details, and cleanliness of the actually pedicure itself - think cuticles, callouses, etc - Penny is top notch. Since moving out fr CA nearly 5 yrs ago, I've not been able to find a nail tech good enough to rival my nail lady I went to for 10+ yrs. But I'm happy to say, I think I've found her. Thank the good Lord! Second, the facilities: from the moment I walked in, they had someone at the door to open it with a warm welcome on the other side - on the surface may not be a big deal but it's the little details! The place was clean, bright, beautiful stations, friendly smiling employees. They offer you something to drink, I declined bc I had my coffee in hand, but even throughout the service, Steven and the other young lady (didn't catch her name) kept checking on customers, asking if we were doing okay and if we needed anything. Again, customer service on total point. And then at the end- friendly check out process. I came in on a rainy Saturday morning, and salon was becoming relatively busy. Even though I brought my umbrella, Steven insisted on walking me to my car with their own umbrella. Seriously couldn't believe the level of care they showed. Came here today at 930am for the first time. Lilly was my nail tech. I needed a new dip set. $43. She was fantastic. Very meticulous and paid attention to detail. She's got Strong hands as she gave me an awesome hand massage. I'm definitely coming back to find her. Just 2 negatives here: 1. wayyyyyyyy too many color options. I was super overwhelmed by the time I looked at the 4th wheel of colors - they all started to look the same to me. And there was like 11 wheels. 2. when I was trying to pick a color, as if I'm not already overwhelmed, the front desk Caucasian girl was standing so close behind me. I asked if she needed something like as if I was blocking her way maybe? And she said no. She was just waiting for me to tell her what my color number was. There was zero personal space - I really didn't like that. Otherwise, super clean facility. They did a great job with color and decor. They have a discount card for frequent visitors, $5 off every visit if you spend $35 or more. I'm looking forward to a pedicure here! read more

Definitely a 5-star experience. Went the first time for a manicure with Nell (I think) and she was very attentive to my nails and very sweet! The 2nd time I had a pedicure, and it was also very good. It's very clean, the massage chairs are quiet and comfortable. And it looks like they enter your color choice into the system for next time! read more
