I brought this to her attention and she said the list she gave me was old. She refused to honor the prices and said there was no manager or anyone else who would change the prices. Helen did a great job on my nails. I loved the Christmas design. Allen got me the worse pedicure EVER. Victoria gave my husband the BEST pedicure. There are an abundance of nail salon so I won't be back. Customer service means a lot and on this day they had NONE.

Honey was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to educate me about my nails and explain the different services they offer, which I genuinely appreciated. My technician, Tia, started my appointment right on time. She was quiet but checked in with me to make sure she understood what I wanted. While the service itself wasn't bad, there wasn't anything that stood out. At other salons I've visited, the experience typically ends with small finishing touches--like applying lotion or a brief hand massage--but this service felt very basic. I still tipped Tia 20% because Honey worked me into the schedule during what would have been Tia's break, and I appreciated that accommodation. Unfortunately, once I got home and removed my contacts so I could see my nails more clearly, I noticed several details that became more apparent over the next few days. It appeared the polish wasn't properly sealed, and one nail had missing polish along the side before I ever left the salon. Since my nails were completely dry when I departed, I believe those issues should have been caught before the service was finished. For me, the overall experience wasn't worth the drive or the price I paid. The video of my nails tells the story better than this caption ever could. That said, based on my interaction with Honey, I genuinely believe booking with her could result in a different experience. She made a great first impression, and if I were to return, I would specifically request an appointment with her.

Tia did my mom's which is the one in the picture. My mom loves that she somehow was able to make all her reference photos into one. If you're ever going there, bring some MAMA ramen for Honey. I'm definitely going back!

Dolly!!! I had such a wonderful experience with Christian! She was incredibly sweet, patient, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. She did an excellent job on my nails -- I absolutely love how they turned out! What I appreciated most was her kind and friendly attitude. She spoke to me so nicely, took her time, gave me great advice on nail care and helped me choose a beautiful color. She even stayed late to fix my nails, which truly meant a lot to me and showed how much she cares about her clients. She was professional, respectful, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. I left feeling very happy, satisfied, and appreciated. I truly hope to keep her as my nail tech, and I hope she keeps me as her client too! Highly recommend Christian -- such a lovely and talented lady! read more

My nails came out okay I just did funny bunny dip on shorter almond nails. My pedicure however hurt so bad. The lady working on me had no gloves on or a mask and didn't really ask me anything, just started. She didn't ask what pedicure I wanted until 20 mins in and instead of making the tray look nice she just brought everything over in its packaging and was opening it all and then throwing the trash in the water my feet were soaking in. My mani was fast, I was with my sister and we were both done in 30 mins. But my pedicure took almost and hour and a half. She had no routine down. I did gel and she would start and then stop and walk off. Come back and do whatever else next. At one point she rubbed a lemon on my foot and then threw it in the water. Her thumb nail was so long that she would scrape polish off of the sides of my nail and it hurt like hell. She filed my nails down so hard that my skin is raw on the top of it. My nails are all crooked and the massage I was supposed to receive she dumped oil on me and smacked on lotion on 1 foot and rubbed me for 2 mins and then forgot about the other foot. I guess the salon ran out of hot towels because she came back with one and hot wrapped my one foot and then dry rubbed my other foot with a towel from the bottom of her cart. I'm sorry this is so long but I really don't want anyone else to go through this. When we went to pay I spoke up and asked for a discount, explained what happened and he got down and checked my feet. I told him I didn't even know if I had a top coat on but I have a light at home and can fix it. The best he could do was wave the price of my gel on my toes which I get but I'm also a little annoyed he couldn't comp the whole pedicure.
