I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years; I have mistakenly gone other places and they have RUINED my nails while taking my gel polish off. Epic takes the extra time to soak them off and gently remove the old gel vs grinding them to oblivion. All tools used are sterilized and unopened until ready for use. While I waited I sat in the cutest green chair and could look at the pedicure options in a booklet resembling a wine list. I thought that was much nicer than the laminated sheets you usually get handed elsewhere. The location was clean, the options and prices were reasonable and everyone was very friendly. It was very nice to see staff and customers engaging and laughing together - making it feel a little more welcoming. Sarah even offered a drink while I had my pedicure, which is always a plus! I usually try to wait to write a review of salons until I know the polish holds, but it was such a nice experience, I had to post. I'll just have to update soon. I was able to call the salon and they happily adjusted my change. When I arrived at the salon, I was given a book of options to select from. I did have to wait about 20mins to begin the service, but this was because all the nail techs that were experienced in dip nails were busy with other clients and they communicated this to me through the wait - which I appreciated.
