At this point I completely trusted her. After my 2nd session with her she had changed the size and also the shape of my brow. It completly changed the shape of my face. I also mentioned before she started that they looked a little larger. She quickly told me that it wouldn't be that large when she was finished. Right after getting them done I wasn't loving them but they didn't look completely horrible with all the fine lines of the micro blading. It was hard for me to tell her that she completely did her own thing this time around and that I was very unhappy. By doing her own thing I mean not measuring the brow beforehand, and not following the notes she took from the 1st time around with the same shape and size. This then resulted in me having to unevenly shaped brows. They where so uneven you could see one brow on my right side went wayyy higher up than the other on the top of my brow. To the extent that I refuse to even wear my glasses cuz it just makes it even more obvious. So I left without expressing my tru feeling. It's actually really hard to tell someone that you dont like what they did to you. Then the very next day I told her how I wasnt happy with the 2nd time around. I just couldn't live the rest of my life looking like this. So we started removal sessions. I have now had removal session for over the past year and still hate my face due to this. So I had all these feelings bottled up in me for over a year now. I mentioned to her how upsetting it is for me in my day to day life. Cuz in all honesty I got this done to feel better not worse. Anyways, long story short she decided to say at this point that it wasn't her fault and stopped even allowing me to come get it removed. Yes you read this correctly she just decided it's not her problem anymore. She has completely ignored me and won't even answer me as to what color she used on me last and what type of removal solution she was using. Oh also refused to do a touch up on my permanent eye liner that she also completed messed up with making one side a lot thicker than the other. My main goal of writing this is to hopefully save someone else from going through this horrible experience that I have gone through.

Just 2 hours before I got a message from Taylor that she just got notified of my appointment, and wouldn't be able to take me because it was double-booked but I could rescheduled for another day. I asked if I could be compensated in any way because of the inconvenience and was offered $5 off. I said that I was hoping for more considering I had gotten several email and text confirmation and reminders from their service and was being canceled last minute. Taylor proceeds to say that it wasn't her fault and that it was best not to take me on as a client since we couldn't agree, making it like I was in the wrong with her not caring about what happened. This is how a potential new client is treated over a situation caused by the company booking system. I don't recommend them because of the booking error and the completely bad customer service handling it: 1) not taking accountability by offering any compensation, 2) only giving a minimal amount of a discount after being asked, 3) and then canceling appointment altogether over not wanting to compensate more but putting it on the customer for "not being agreeable".
