I then sat for my gel mani and looked over to notice my sister was still being filed on a gel full set. Mind you, the nails were short and square, nothing crazy. The manicure water was cold but all other parts of the manicure were very nice. Again, Cathy did a good job! The lady working on my sister was still filing, and I heard my sister say there were issues. The manager Steve had to come over to finish the job. Start to finish, we were there for over 2 hours.
