It had been 5 years since my first experience of Bikram, practicing yoga in a super hot space; so I was excited in anticipation to experience such a thing again. It was wonderful to witness my growth and understand the relativity of time and its challenges both becoming easier while remaining the same. Jay does a great job at describing each form (Asana) and Breath (Pranayama) and pushing you to the next level safely while also giving you permission to simply stay with it in whatever fashion you deem necessary. His wife DeAnna and their children are super sweet and overall hold a great space. I look to connect and work with them more into the ever expanding present and eternal moment of Now! Thank you!

It was warm and welcoming with a nice ambiance. Maylani answered any questions and we spoke of my needs before beginning. She made me feel comfortable and kept me aware of what she was doing and when she needed me to position a certain way. She stretched my body in many ways and provided just the right amount of pressure for the perfect time. It was really relaxing and I was able to close my eyes and enjoy the massage. It's a pricey treatment but worth every dime and I will be back for another one! The 2 hours seemed to go by quickly but I walked out of there refreshed and relaxed.

She…read moredid an excellent job guiding us through a flow tailored to our bodies, with room for adjustments depending on injuries and flexibility. I left the class feeling energized and present, with just enough soreness the next morning to let me know I was strengthening the places where I said I wanted more stability. Maylani is a great teacher, with solid grounding energy, and the space was also beautifully decorated and clean.
