EVERY time (since 1992) I have experienced this kind of treatment I have had positive results, but with this clinic I had mild response the first time only. The following 4 treatments ... NOTHING. Besides lack of understanding of how to treat me, the negativity resulted in the fact that patients receive treatment as they sit in old recliners. I was stunned to see this because anyone who has had back and neck issue knows that the typical recliner does NOT provide proper support, so you sit there VERY STILL for an hour to and hour and a half in an uncomfortable position. The other reason for the poor review is the doc himself. I found him condescending and lackadaisical in attitude ... leaving patients alone after inserting needles, never checking in with them or applying additional attention to the needles. He is not willing to consider much of your history or current medical information. He uses front side body treatments only, so if you need work from backside points, you won't get it there. After I thought about things he said to me, I really came away with a feeling that this guy thinks his way is the only way. I never trust anyone with that perspective! I usually don't leave reviews with this much negativity, but this guy really needs to consider how and what he does. It's like a machine in that clinic ... get 'em in, needle them, get 'em out. I've never experienced acupuncture this way and I don't care to ever again.

My wife (who suffers from migraine and carpal tunnel) went to see him for treatment despite of her fear of needles, Brian was able to ease her mind and calm her nerves. Needless to say that my wife was very glad she did the treatment and we will make sure we include a visit to Rosie Acupuncture whenever we are in town. On a side note, his establishment was filled with regular patients during our one hour visit, which in my opinion validates the success of his business.

It was my first time getting a massage from... a professional, I guess? And wow it was so amazing. My therapist was Vaia, and I think his was Brittany. They were both so nice, and after telling Vaia I had never had a real massage before she was understanding (I felt pretty lame going into such a fancy place not knowing what I'm doing or getting into) and nice and was asking me what kind of pressure I like and I said I didn't know, and she just said we'll see what happens and I could feel free to let her know what I needed and wanted, and what areas I want her to focus on, etc. I ended up just not even saying anything during the massage because it was just perfect all around! I knew about the lounge going in, and it's so relaxing. With the escape package we got some champagne and chocolates and got the whole "oasis club" area to ourselves for a whole hour. It's so lovely in there with the infra-red sauna, steam room, nice showers with great products you can try for yourself, and the Himalayan salt room which is my favorite part, and ended up being my husband's favorite too (even though at first he was skeptical and didn't understand what the point of a pit full of salt was)... Overall it was a really easy and nice experience scheduling and everything. It was such a lovely time. For my first spa experience I'm really really pleasantly surprised because I assumed it was going to be awkward! It was very relaxing. I had a Himalayan salt stone massage from Trishah a few months ago and it was a good, solid…read moremassage. Until, the end. We had been discussing throughout the massage that my knee is injured (Torn meniscus, arthritis, no cartilage) and that I couldn't fully straighten it without discomfort. At the very end, after she wrapped my feet in warm towels, she grabbed my leg and pulled ( traction) and it really hurt. I yelped out loud. She just sort of left the room. It completely ruined the massage, because now my knee was hurting. I said something to her once I came out of the room and she was there to greet me. I told her that she probably didn't mean to hurt me, but she did. No apology, she just told me to "take care" and hurried off. I'm a long time massage therapist and I would never have treated a client that way. Very disappointing to pay all that $$ and leave upset. I really enjoy the wellness lounge, though. That was the best part of the experience.
