They were 3 hours late to set up for our event and no one called to let us know that they were running late. I called on 3 separate occasions about a status update for when our delivery would arrive, no one called me back. I had to call back each time. I confirmed several time, even the day before our event that delivery would be between 10am-12pm. Our event was at 3pm and they arrived a few mins before 3pm. We had to have our employees help us set up because they were so late to the event. No one apologized, no one cared. I wouldn't book with this company again.

I was in a complete panic and could not get ahold of anyone who could help us. With the event only two weeks away, I called Bouncey House Rentals hoping they could save the day. A gentleman named Jim answered the phone. I immediately asked if September 2, 2026 was available, and when he said YES, I was so relieved and excited! Jim then asked me what we needed, and I explained that CCAPP holds our Recovery Happens event every year, now celebrating its 34th year. We needed A LOT: a stage, speakers, four microphones, 250 chairs, 140 tables, large and small tents, garbage cans, and much more. We also had 90 vendors and a live band. On top of all of that, there were additional permit requirements that came up during the process. Jim never broke a sweat! He was calm, reassuring, knowledgeable, and incredibly hands-on throughout the entire process. He even helped us navigate the permit requirements and made sure everything was taken care of. Bouncey House Rentals went above and beyond. They were able to place everything we needed, including equipment across the street at Bishop Gallegos Square, where we provide a FREE pancake breakfast every year for anyone in the community. This year, we welcomed more than 3,000 people to our event, and we are incredibly grateful to have had a company that was there every step of the way. Jim and his team gave us something we desperately needed during a very stressful situation: PEACE OF MIND! Honestly, I think Bouncey House Rentals should change their name to "Peace of Mind Rentals!" Day before the event they showed up I had to do the set up because the "set up" was not included in the quote they gave me which they never asked. The last 4 table covers they got last minute were a peach color. The table covers were not ironed so they were all folded and wrinkly on the tables. I had also ordered the light up numbers 15 they were broken and wouldn't stay standing unless they were against a wall. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

She quoted me $2200 for all the party decor including set up. I told her I would be in touch. She said, "thank you" and that was the end of that conversation. Around January 27th I reached out to her again to ask for photos of the centerpiece she rents. She sent me some pictures and that was the end of that. On January 31st, I gave her a call to schedule a meeting in person so we could sign a contract and talk about the decor colors etc. We decided to meet on February 3rd. The day we were supposed to meet I sent her a text to confirm our appointment and she does confirm it. However she also tells me that the estimate of $2200 is no longer valid. I thought it might have gone up a bit, but in fact she raised the price by $800. Now she wanted to charge me $3000 (set up not included). I immediately called her (at this time I was already driving to the meet spot) and asked her why the price changed. She said that the original estimate was for a special promotion that she ran January and that it was only valid until January 10th. I asked her why she didn't mention this the first time I made contact with her. Furthermore, why she didn't mention it when I set up the meeting. Obviously, I did not meet with her. She did apologize but she didn't remedy the situation or care about my feedback. This is bad customer service and deceitful. For anyone who plans to hire MJ in the future. Please be PROACTIVE and ask her how long the estimate/quote is valid for. That way you are not surprised or thrown for a loop like I was.
