Amazing, highly recommended! I came to her on Tuesday in need of flowers for a funeral service on Saturday. She was able to make two beautiful standing sprays and a large arrangement for a table. I requested white and purples but left the flower selection and overall design up to the florist. I was so happy and so was the family of the deceased. So many compliments! So very impressed! I was lucky enough to have been sent a wonderful bouquet from Heaven Scent yesterday. Apparently the delivery time was set for before 4pm. Since they were a surprise, I left work early and if not for their phenomenal employee, I'd have missed them and the bouquet could've been left over the weekend, outside. Because their service and employees are phenomenal, my surprise and gorgeous bouquet were saved! The delivery person called me on my cell phone and I luckily live close and told her she could leave them out front and I would be over shortly. She refused to leave them out and risk someone taking them or ruining the flowers, and waited so so patiently for 10-15 min when I was able to get there, and handed them directly to me. So many businesses these days could really learn a LOT from Heaven Scent and how incredibly well they treat their customers! Will absolutely use them in the future and highly recommend!! read more

Molly made the most beautiful arrangement for me - people repeatedly commented on how spectacular it was. My daughter-in-law to be and I went in by chance and chatted with Maly about our different wedding events, colors, themes and she got back to us with a quote a few days later. We just loved her understanding of our needs, her customer service and her willingness to make it perfect for the bride. I had come to Vivian from a previous referral and asked her to do my simple wedding bouquets. I provided a pic of my bouquet and asked for it to be smaller and a matching but smaller one for my sisters maid of honor bouquet. My bouquet was huge and heavy. Felt like I was carrying a plant. It was completely wilted and dead by end of reception. My sisters was a shrub none of the flowers were bloomed. They were really ugly. I tried talking to Vivian about this without much success. She was not willing to make it right so I am posting this and would not recommend this florist to anyone but especially for a wedding. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED... Poor quality, poor presentation and unprofessional service. My fiancé ordered a bouquet of flowers for Valentines Day a month in advance while on deployment. I received 12 tulips and 12 irises which was suppose to be 24 of each. The floral designer came out to my house the day of to provide the other half of the flowers. They were shoved in the original SMALL vase, causing the flowers to appear very crammed and smashed together. Because of this, most were Wilted within 12 hours. I took the flowers back into the shop the next day after being very disappointed with the appearance, GIVEN THEY WERE OVER $100... Upon bringing the flowers in, the owner of the shop stated "sweetheart, let me educate you" and claimed that these flowers don't last that long... She persisted with claiming that the flowers come in bunches of 10, not 12, and that I was wrong. This contradicted what was told upon purchasing from the floral designer. She continued cutting me off and talking down to me. I told her I was still unhappy with how they looked. When she went to get additional flowers, she SLAMMED the door to the frig shut. After adding a few more flowers and moving them to a different vase that was still SMALL, she sprayed them with water and sprayed me in the face, stating "you better watch out, hun". I was shocked with the unprofessionalism and disrespect from this shop. Never going here again... HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more
