My hygienist was exceptional, gentle and thorough..explaining as she cleaned. Could not ask for more! The hygiene rooms are gorgeous with HUGE window so you have lovely view outside as you enjoy your treatment!! Dr. Bryant is friendly and did a thorough exam. He listened carefully to my concerns and offered suggestions and a prescription medication to help my dry mouth. I was given a referral to a periodontist. Wow! This is the best!

We (a teen and her mother) had to spend quite a few hours here these last few months. Needless to say, when I had to get a new dentist in Tallahassee, I was nervous. Thomasville Road Dental has been amazing. They have been so kind and helpful. Since my cleaning in December, I have had bridge prep work done and then had to have an unexpected root canal. Dr Callaway saw me when Dr Carter was out and helped me with pain management. They got me in as soon as they possibly could and they never got impatient with my daily call or the fact that I had a tricky root canal. Katie and Mike, two dental assistants, have been amazing too. I really love this place and feel like I can trust them. Note: when my daughter had her cleaning I was there too. They did mention sealants and other products but I just told them what we would do and no to the rest. I never felt pressured to do anything. They asked and I answered, end of story. My old dentist did the same thing. When there was a mistake, it was rectified immediately and without any arguments or questions. These are good people and o would definitely recommend them.

Dr. Lumpp's staff spend at least 30-45 minutes on a cleaning and are very thorough and gentle. She's done a filling for me with the white filling color and it looks perfect! Also, she's done 3 crowns for me. She will match the color of your tooth and the fit is absolutely perfect (sometimes this takes a few visits). They are knowledgeable about the latest dental techniques and the office is very comfortable. I don't have dental insurance so it is expensive (coming out of my pocket,) but it is WELL worth it! If you value your teeth and health, its a good investment. She does accept some insurances.. so check with her first!

A patient of nearly a decade, I just tried to book a routine cleaning and said that I didn't need…read morean exam or x-ray. The former was not needed because I wanted an appointment as soon as possible and presumably not seeing a dentist could expedite scheduling; the latter was not needed because I am actively trying to become pregnant. The office told me that I would not be able to have a cleaning without an x-ray because "the law" requires that dental patients get x-rays at mandated intervals. I have researched all Florida statutes and regulations concerning dentistry: There is no such law. Apart from this lie, the office also informed me that pregnant women were fine to get x-rays which cause less radiation than "going outside." While I don't have data on that point, surely that cannot be the case. Moreover, it's worth mentioning that the one time I did have an issue, it could have been diagnosed with the x-ray Dr. Bailey performed. She, however, apparently didn't review the x-ray.

I must give a shoutout to Britney, the hygienist scheduler. She looked for availability to "fit" me in. And when nothing was available she said, I'll keep my eye on it and if something opens up I'll call you. She was true to her word. Britney called me the next day and offered me an appointment that same week. I was thrilled. I highly recommend this dental practice!
