Leaving the salon with my eyes burning.. and two days after my eyes are still burning, sensitive to light and bright red. I'm not sure what the cause of it could be however it definitely made the post experience very unpleasant. The estimated application process was said to be 2 hours , however it was almost 3 hours. I'm not too thrilled with the outcome of the extensions to be quite honest. I was a bit dissatisfied with how they came out. It was shorter than expected for getting a volume lash extension. I wanted them to be 13/14... and got 12 all the way through. I wanted it to be staggered in sizes but did not get what was requested. It is hard to find a lash tech that is experienced. And for my first time being here, it wasn't mind blowing. I had Raven as my lash tech, and she has about 3 years of experience. I went to her initially for my first time there based on the reviews on yelp, only to find that it was not a fit. She is very sweet, but I'm not sure if I would go again based on the post experience of my eyes being in pain and bright red. It is very discomforting and quite painful.

She is a perfectionist- and this is definitely something you want in someone that is marking your face with something permanent. The whole process was rather painless and the outcome was AMAZING! At the end of my appointment she sent me home with a take home kit that included all the needed essentials to ensure that they healed properly. I am so happy with my brows and I haven't even gone in for my touch up yet. She created the perfect shape and size for my face. I have been getting SO MANY compliments (even while they are freshly done and darker than they will be when healed). I will be recommending her to all of my friends and family. Each time I washed it with my expensive color care products more and more dye came out. The dye is all over my towels. Now I have brassy light brown hair. I'm devastated. I don't have endless money to fix this. It was $273. I called the salon and left a message. They never returned my call to offer to fix it. Bad, bad experience. When I arrived for the appointment, I was thrilled to see that her shop was spotless. We chatted for a bit about what I was looking for. Once Brielle started the process of measuring and creating the shape, she would periodically check in with me to make sure I liked the placement, shape, size, etc... It was clear that Brielle's knowledgeable but that she wants to make sure that the customer gets what they want. The microwblading process surprisingly, wasn't painful. Brielle used numbing jell and often asked if there was any pain or if I was wanting more numbing jell. When she finished she asked if I wanted her to add anymore. I loved that she was really catering to what I wanted. I am thrilled with how they came out and with my entire experience. I love my brows and I would definitely recommend!

Heather is truly an artist who cares very much about her work and her clients. She is very professional and an excellent communicator. For my Powder Brow PMU effect she used Biotek pigments from Milano Italy, that are excellent in color while safe for the skin. Using an ink that was for the skin was very important to me. With my new PMU powder brows I really do wake up in the morning, look in the mirror and am happy with the way I look, no make up. I look 10 years younger, which I did not expect, and ready to go. Most, if not all, of the employees have Vietnamese as their first language. Even taking off old lashes is easy and relaxing. When I went to A+ iLash they pick and pull the old lashes off, but at MIA's they apply a gel that doesn't sting or itch. After a few minutes the old lashes come right off. I love that she gives my lashes a little lash bath each time I come in before starting on a new set or even a fill. I always feel refreshed and beautiful when I leave this salon. I'm so glad to have finally found my lash artist!!
