The day of my service I arrived 15 minutes before like I was asked to and was greeted immediately as I walked in. Andrea greeted me and let me know she was going to clean the room and get ready for me. When I walked in the room, you could tell it was clean and sanitized. Andrea got to know me and asked me some questions about my skin and my waxing history. I let her know it was my first time getting a full Brazilian and underarm wax and she explained to me the process and the pain levels. I felt super comfortable with Andrea. She explained the process as she was waxing me and even maintained a conversation with me to distract me. The sugarwax is a lot less painful for me than a regular Brazilian and now I could never go back to regular wax. Nicole does it super quickly, is thorough, and I love how the sugar doesn't leave behind sticky residue. The Aqual Peel Infusion Facial was incredible. It included mask, exfoliation, hydradermabrasion, nano pen, and oxygen infusion. Nicole was very knowledgeable and it was super relaxing. She showed me the sebaceous filaments and dead skin removed in the water afterwards (see photo - gross and cool!). They booked me in for early the morning. When I arrived they got me in to a room quickly. I told them I had never been to a spa before, and the receptionist was kind and told me what to do. The room was really nice, and it was dark, peaceful, warm and relaxing. There were covid measures in place, with an air purifier, fresh bed dressings, and an additional cover for the table where my head went. As far as the massage, it was really really wonderful. She responded to my requests for pressure, and communicated with me to make sure I was feeling comfortable. She spent time working on my difficult spots, but also worked the whole body. I dont have anything to compare it to, but I'd say it was really wonderful and I felt so much better afterwards. I was happy she worked on my knots and got some smoothed out. On my way out, the owner was at the front of the shop and offered me water, and a snack to help with the post-massage effects.
