I was welcomed by Emi and she went over eyelash options ranging from thickness, eyelash curve, eyelash color and a variety of different styles. I knew I wanted the classic look. I didn't know there were so many different options! I was excited. I layer down and was wrapped in a comfortable blanket. There was soothing music playing in the background and I felt at ease. I fell asleep immediately, but was awake enough to feel her light touches on my eyelashes. A couple hours later and I awoke to beautiful lashes. I have had the extensions on for two weeks now and they still look wonderful! I don't think many have fallen off at all. My main goal was to be able to go on vacation and swim in the ocean without having to worry about my eyelashes, while having a low maintenance makeup look. Emi was wonderful and I can't wait to go back again for special occasions and may even continue them regularly! I love that I don't have to spend minutes every day applying mascara to my short straight eyelashes , that don't give me any volume or length.

Although this was my first lash extension session and I was a new customer, and others were already getting their lashes done, the stylist may have stayed quiet to avoid disturbing them. Still, I'm a paying customer and wanted a little more of an inquisitive treatment, especially considering the high price. I tried to explain why I was there and felt that my interactions were kind of short with my stylist. Maybe I was looking to connect more, and it was kind of brushed off. I went with the master stylist, Serena Zhou, so paid more of a premium, I got the Styling Lash Fullset (S01-S08) + Bottom Lash(as an add-on service), with tip I paid closer to $400. All in all, I did love my lashes! However, by days 5-7, a few of my lashes had already started falling off, and my bridal makeup artist added more lashes on the day of my wedding, 6 days after my session with Clement Lash, to refresh and add fullness. As I explained earlier, if I had connected with the stylist more, we could have added fullness, since I wanted the lashes for my bridal look. We didn't even broach the subject actually, and she didn't seem interested, lol. Overall, I gave a 4-star review because of the vibe of this place, the high-quality lash and glue they use, plus the careful application taken. My stylist was extremely gentle, almost too gentle, I was falling asleep because I was so relaxed. The atmosphere feels like a high-end spa, and you can tell they carefully curated their salon at every nook and cranny, down to the basket you can place your things in when receiving your service. I was so impressed by how luxe the experience was and how well decorated the salon was--loved the marble, even the bathroom gave high-end. I would honestly be back if another occasion calls for a nearly $400 lash extension service. Otherwise, I'm mostly doing my own lashes at home for a tiny fraction of the price. If you want to treat yourself or you're a soon-to-be bride like I was, I still wouldn't hesitate to pay Clement Lash a visit. It was a good self-love, me-time experience. Treat yourself.

I've been to plenty of different lash artists, and Dayna is easily the best one yet. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze with her online booking and there was specific appointments you can select for Groupon deals. That just makes it so much easier compared to many other places that want you to jump through hoops just to get an appointment if you want to use Groupon. Dayna asked me about what kind of lashes I was looking for and she gave me exactly that. The setting of the room was incredibly relaxing, clean, well-decorated, with relaxing music playing in the background; it smells soooo good like coconut-y. She was meticulous, super gentle, feather-light motions, not at all heavy-handed. I actually kept falling asleep throughout my appointment and it was in fact one of the best naps of my life, yes seriously. The lashes themselves are marvelous. I was incredibly impressed with the quality results. They look so natural and I honestly can't even feel anything on. They are not obstructive to my vision either compared to other lashes that I previously had gotten. This was all around a first-rate experience. To be completely frank, all these times having to laid still on a table for 60-90 minutes could feel quite like a "chore" to do at times, but with Dayna it feels spa-like and a true definition of self-care treat for yourself! I'll be going to Dayna for my lashes needs from now on. I wish the location is closer but she's so worth it! And PS.. the parking is free 4-hours garage parking.

I have been visiting her for 2 years now for my lash extensions. Even so, after every fill, I am absolutely amazed by her work. I always leave with full, fluffy, beautiful lashes - and not only that, the overall experience itself is wonderful. The studio is beyond cozy and beautifully decorated, and Lauren's lash application technique is the most comfortable I have ever experienced. Having had subpar applications from multiple other providers in the past, I really appreciate how I never leave with eye irritation nor have ever experienced tugging and pulling during the process. Even after years of regular fills, my natural lashes are healthy and full (just not as gorgeous as my extensions!). Now my extensions also last the longest between fills.
