As a blonde and fair skinned person it's a bit scary to agree to such an appt. Malay is an expert in her field with care, placement, color matching and shape. Malay at Ace Beauty did an incredible job on my permanent tattoo service! If you're looking for a skilled lip tattoo artist near the Seattle area, I can't recommend her enough! Her work is flawless and she also made the whole process SO enjoyable. I've struggled with pigmentation issues on my lips due to eczema for years and wasn't sure how lip tattooing would work for me. My experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The minute I got to Ace Beauty Ink in Kent, the owner Malay greeted me by name and I loved the fact that I was the only person in the little shop. We spent time discussing my preferences on the shape and color. I showed her pictures of how I do my makeup and told her that I wanted my brows to be darker than my natural hair color. She used an erasable black crayon to draw the brows and filled them in so I could really see what they'd look like. She used concealer and spent a good amount of time creating a finished look before we began tattooing. Her dedication to perfection and client satisfaction was visible and appreciated. When tattooing she constantly checked in with me on my pain level and wasn't shy with the numbing cream. I kept the mirror close by and was more and more impressed and excited as my appointment progressed. Did I mention I had a bad experience with my brows in April, only two months prior to this appointment and they faded within a few weeks. Anyways, I did not feel rushed during this session and in fact I really enjoyed spending time talking with Malay. She sent me home with a care package and instructions. She even texted me a week later to check in on my healing process. I was really happy with the healing as it flaked off nicely and left such a beautiful color that matched perfectly with what I wanted and a gorgeous shape. I was in town from Nashville, TN back in May 2018, Malay got me in and out and I'm so happy with the results. She told me to get the best results I shouldn't use the numbing cream.
