really straightforward and seamless process. My car is 4 yrs old and has only had the odd wash in recent years and the occasional interior simple vacuum job. It was noticeably dirty in and out, but nothing crazy. However, my friend had cleaned some of my my leather seats with Lysol during covid and that left a permanent very obvious stain/smear on the black leather...and its been 4 years since then. I could never figure out how to get it out. Tried several things. So that prompted me to get a detailing job and to see what they could do about it. I requested an appointment online via their online form. I picked a service (their signature detailing service with 1 stage paint correction) and then they emailed me a confirmation of appointment time the next day. I brought my car in at the specified time. I took the guy to the car to show him where the stains were I wanted specifically looked at. He gave me an estimated time and warned me this might not be fixable. They texted me when the car was done and I came back to pick it up. Great detailing job. Cant complain really. But most impressive were the Lysol stains. In certain angles you can still barely make it out but its largely gone and no longer noticeable. At the end I paid the fixed price quoted initially, no hidden fees or extra charges. Price wasnt cheap but you know it up front so there are no surprises. They take credit card. Service was great. Their work is great. Pricing is on the higher side but the process was easy and Im happy with the result. read more

I went in to ask if they could remove several major mineral deposit drips and splash runs on the driver's side rear panel. (about 2-3 square feet of stain damage) on a 2011 BMW convertible. I had just been to an autobody shop and they quoted somewhere between 2000-2500 dollars including parts and 7-10 days to completely repaint and finish the job. I drove past Blitz and went in and they said about an hour or so of time and it should be done. I've had my truck detailed here every 6 months for several years--wash and wax at the very least and a couple/few times, I've had the full treatment. Truck has never looked better (almost better than when I got it new in 2008). What I really noticed the first time I used them was that the parts that are supposed to be black (step pads on side-steps and rear bumper, tonneau cover, etc) WERE black! The previous detailer left wax on those parts so it was a 'sloppy' job. Hard-working and very professional and friendly. Love these guys. read more

I've been fairly lazy about posting reviews but I had to post one for Blitz. I've been there several times, and always had a good experience, my car comes back spotless, in a timely fashion, and it's reasonably priced. I took my car there yesterday after a trip to Tofino a few weeks ago. We had two very hairy dogs (a lab and a shepherd) who swam the whole time, tracked sand into the car (which was already pretty dirty from my dog alone prior to the trip), and it was almost embarrassing. Two hours later, my car is utterly SPOTLESS. The only dog hair in the car is what was stuck to my clothing. The guy who I've always dealt with who runs the place (I feel bad I can't remember his name) is always great, responds right away, and gave my pup a lovely pet and greeting that she much appreciated. TL:DR: Go there. They're awesome. Couldn't recommend enough. read more

This is THE place to get your car detailed. Three months ago my car's rear window was smashed while parked out on the street. It was raining - hard - and while I managed to get the glass replaced, what I didn't take into account was that a lot of water had gotten into the car due to it not having had a window over the course of a rainy January night. The day after getting the window replaced I had to leave town to attend to a family emergency. Parked my car at the airport, thinking it would stay warm and dry in the parkade. When I returned three months later, I opened the door to a glorious garden of mold. I called a few places, but the fellow I spoke to at Blitz was the only person who sounded like he had a grasp of the situation and was going to be able to properly and safely deal with it. However, their calendar was totally booked up. He recommended a couple of other places. I took it to one of them for an initial assessment, and - I'll just say that the place did not inspire confidence, and I feared my car was not going to be salvageable. Just as despair was beginning to settle in, I thought, "call Blitz back and see if they can just take a look at it." The very next day - a Saturday - I brought it to them so they could take a quick look. I could tell by the look on the guy's face that it was not going to be a slam dunk - the mold situation was bad!!! But he said he'd see what he could do, and that I could leave the car there, and if they could get to it that week, they would. Reader, I picked up my car on Wednesday. I almost cried! The mold was ALL GONE, and my 13 year old car looked and smelled brand new. I wanted to hug the guy - but - Covid! So I fist bumped him instead. I am so thankful for this place! They took care of the problem quickly, professionally, with kindness and courtesy, AND for a very reasonable price (the other place suggested I may have to spend double the amount it cost at Blitz - no thanks).
