He's experienced, educated and therefore knowledgeable about his craft. My hairs normal condition is mousy brown and frizzy. Steve has me tastefully highlighted (I'm 65) and my hair like blonde silk. I've never been even this close to loving my hair. I would absolutely trust anything Steve recommended for my hair.
