She was super careful cleaning my very messed up cuticles and even told me that because some of my nails were short the paint might chip sooner on those fingers. She was easy going and very pleasant to talk to. I easily could have laid back and fallen asleep. Very calm and relaxing experience. When I walked into the room for the head spa, immediately it gave off a very cozy and relaxing vibe. It was almost like a peaceful escape from the rest of the world. During the service, there was soft music playing and the lights dimmed. It contributed to the feeling of shutting out the outside world and truly relaxing and enjoying every aspect of the head spa service. With each part of the head spa, I could tell that Jocelyn took great pride in her work and genuinely cared about her clients. She is passionate about her work and that transferred into every aspect of the service. During the blowout service, we were able to chat a bit.
